I visited Silk City Coffee in Manchester, CT, on a very rainy day, and stepping inside felt like a warm embrace. The space is inviting, with plenty of seating for those working remotely, as well as cozy couches in the back—perfect for meeting up with a friend, reading a book, or simply enjoying a slow morning. There’s a real sense of community here, and it shows.

As for the treats:

Gluten-Free Vegan Blackberry Lime Donut – I don’t know how they made this gluten-free and vegan and still so delicious, but they did! Tart, sweet, and perfectly soft.
Orange Ricotta Cake – Soft and moist with a lovely orange flavor. The frosting on top was the perfect complement.
Funfetti Cookie – Soft, chewy, and just the right amount of sweetness. A fun, nostalgic treat.
Regular Latte – Beautiful latte art and a bold coffee flavor.
Bouquet Latte – Topped with delicate flowers, this latte was not only beautiful but also had a wonderful floral flavor with just the right amount of sweetness. If you like flavored coffee, this is a must-try!

Silk City Coffee is a true gem, whether you're looking for a place to work, catch up with a friend, or simply savor a great cup of coffee. Highly recommend!

My niece invites my sister and I here to have coffee. The atmosphere was relaxing. They had it decorated for Valentine’s Day which was super cute. I highly recommend this place if you are just wanting to relax and have a cup of coffee.

Silk City Coffee was a great experience! I visited on Columbus Day. So many places around were closed, but the cafe remained busy the whole time I was there. It's a beautiful spot with a lot of sitting options. I appreciate that their menu is pretty simple. They only have a few coffee flavors available at a time, a few different baked goods, and some sandwich options. I tried the brown butter flavor in my regular coffee, and it was great! I also got a gf/v sugar cookie which was amazing. My friend got a dirty chai but was disappointed with the lack of flavor and price. Overall, I would come again!

Amazing coffee and food.
The blueberry crumb muffin was buttery and out of this world yummy.
The cappuccino was strong and presented nicely.
Espresso over birch beer was a good combo, I never would have though of.
The goat cheese sausage egg and spinach sandwich was delish too.
We wish coffee shops back home on Long Island could execute this caliber of quality taste and atmosphere.

I recently visited Silk City Coffee, and it was an absolute delight! Their lattes are simply out of this world—smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of flavor. It's clear they use high-quality ingredients and put a lot of care into crafting each cup.

The shop is incredibly spacious, with huge windows that let in an abundance of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The beautiful decor, combined with the bright and airy feel, makes it the perfect spot to relax, work, or catch up with friends.

Whether you're a coffee aficionado or just looking for a cozy place to unwind, Silk City Coffee is a must-visit. I can't wait to return!

Tried this place today, I ordered an oat milk latte. I'm a big fan of espresso and this cup did not disappoint. The place was very busy but the staff were warm and welcoming.

Great baked goods and drinks. The oat bars are my favorite. Nice atmosphere with lots of places to work or relax. I like that there’s sofas and armchairs. Definitely a place that invites you to stay for a while. Parking is also easy.
