I stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom loft for several months. The rooms could be upgraded, but my room was very clean and everything worked as it should. The staff is great--very responsive and willing to work with some special requests. The location is fantastic as far as having quick access to anything I could want or need. The only complaint I have is the Internet. It's really not usable for anything. Speed tests put it about 5Mbps. My phone gets 200Mbps. It really needs to be upgraded or risk losing business as a result because people are dependent on it nowadays, especially business travelers and families. Update: Well, they are thieves. They don't do refunds, so they just kept $320 in room fees that I never used. They also have failed to refund my security deposit. Somehow they can refund that, but not extra days I paid for and didn't use. Oh, and they had a tent for the room on the day after I left. Ridiculous. Thieves. Charlatans. Be careful.

We have stayed multiple months more than once and have had great experiences both times. The office staff are friendly and accommodating. Always acting professionally and timely. They treat my little ones like family. We look forward to going to get our mail because it's exciting for them to see Nicole and Tamara. The office has a Foosball game and book shelf, welcoming the kids to play and read.

Spent 4 months there. Staff was friendly. Neighbors above me were horrible. Walked in the room you can smell weed smoke from the vents. Couldn't sleep because they made noise all night jumping around like they are WWE superstars. He even took pictures of peoples license plates. Strange people park across the parking lot he goes down sells his weed. He's definitely growing up there. The air conditioner was noisy but the guy above wouldn't report it. I gave the stars for the staff. If you get 513 good luck try getting sleep.

Cons...Needs some serious scrubbing and maintenance. Paint cracked, drywall peeling off ceiling, dirty vents, and dirty upholstery. We're told we booked a two bedroom.
On check in three separate people in our group were told 2 bedroom equals one bed and a pull out couch.
Pros...We saw no bugs, had fresh towels and kitchen appliances appeared clean.

The lobby was wet from flooding and looked as if carpet had been pulled up. There was no security latch on my room door. I was given a recently renovated room. The main areas were fine. The bathroom needed some updating or serious cleaning at the base of the tub & the molding in the shower. The shower curtain reeked of urine which was disgusting. Was a cozy room other than the bathroom. And the staff was phenomenal. I came at shift change and both Front Desk clerks were friendly and had great customer service.

Victoria and Nicole are really good people and they do they're best to keep the tenants accomadated. I never had intentions to stay here as long as I have but my studio apt is 10X better than most of the apartments that I've checked out in the area. I feel like I'm at home here. And it’s peaceful for the most part. It's definitely not cheap but remember you get what you pay for.

Terrible experience. The room reeked of smoke, though no smoking was supposedly allowed. Some unamed, man had a key card to my room and came right in. Luckily for me I had the latch on there, so that stopped them. I spoke to the manager. Said there was nothing she could do, except reassure me I was safe.

The manager and no one who worked there knew who had a key card to my room. And they were really standing around trying to figure out who it could be. Ridiculous.

Never again. Will not be returning.

When I first checked in, I was sent to a room that smelled of smoke pretty bad and not the cleanest in the back of the property. I finally decided to move rooms and was placed in a room near the office which was cleaner but still missing several items. The inconsistently of the rooms is pretty extreme. I did have a good experience upon check in and head housekeeper was pretty helpful in bringing some items such as towels to me. The bed slept well, TV is too far from the bed, sofa not comfy to sit on and bathrooms not up to par with the remodeling they are doing. The deal breaker for me was no hairdryer in the am and upon calling the unhelpful desk clerk on duty that morning, he informed me there was no hairdryer. I walked to the desk with my towel on my head and asked again, magically he found one with 30 seconds. Guess he was too lazy to check initially. I didn't feel very safe here but for the price, I may stay again.
