Going to be calling 311 to report this place. From both my partners’ and my own experience, to now the piling of horrible reviews I am reading, this place should truly be shut down. My fiancé and I had just driven down from Washington to this location amidst the LA fires this past week for a new job he received in the area. After already of course a lot of chaos from moving alone, moving with our cat, the fires in Southern California, we were hoping for some peace but received quite the opposite experience here. After only about 30 minutes of us checking into our two bedroom stay, the AC/Heater started sparking quarter size embers and lit up red emitting a lot of smoke. When we ran to tell the front desk they told us they could not move us to a new room and that the AC doing that was “normal”! Insanity. My partner and myself are lucky the fire embers didn’t light anything else on fire or get in either of our eyes and injure us or our cat. After continued efforts, another manger was able to help us with a refund, however we have still not received this refund they said and printed would be given back. I pray for those who can, to avoid ever staying here. People deserve better and have rights.

I recommend this place if you're between places and need something temporarily. Some of the ladies in the office are nice but the office manager seems like she has an attitude problem. You're paying $297 a week which isn't bad. If you work in phoenix though I wouldn't recommend this place because gas eats up your money (this happened to me).
My first issue is constantly renewing the key it becomes a bit of a hassel especially after the office is closed and you have to call security. Second, the washer and dryer are just awful. I would spend 30mins trying to get the washer to start. Save yourself the Hassel and go to the laundry mat. The app doesn't even work nor sync to washers. Third, I brought my TV into the room because I didn't have a storage yet and it was stolen. Meaning they went into the room when I wasn't there. Lastly, on my 3rd day of being late they put a notice on my door informing they were starting eviction process. I already told them ahead of time I was going to be late. On day 6, I get served from some lady and the office manager. I was told that I would have to pay for a total of 14 days. Based on the papers they wanted me to pay $993 for being 6 days late. I was going to pay them the following day but instead I moved out.

BTW rewards are non existent. They said you won't start seeing that until about 4 months. Oh and your first month you're on probation.

Positive: courteous staff, prompt to replace my broken coffee maker. Negative: No counter room/place in restroom to place cosmetics, brought in a chair to use. Bed sheet had stain on it.

Stayed the night. Tried to check in and the chubby girl with glasses was rude. I told her I used Expedia and she flipped the check in scene away from me and said I will check you in 45 minutes from now. I said I will just pay for the room and she said no. 45 minutes. If that is a rule then great but she was just nasty about it. If you have the misfortune of dealing with this person then good luck. Try to get the other lady to help you.

Hello, it’s a cheap place but theirs a reason. I decided to rent a week at this place, and within two days my vehicle was towed from a parking spot on the property. Apparently, notices had been posted a few days before to the residents that they would be cleaning the parking areas a day before I moved in. When I arrived nothing was posted saying such things would occur. I went to the office the woman who is the manager told me that we should’ve gotten a notice on the door, and that never happened. I asked what they could do to help and the manager told me theirs nothing she can do. I ended up paying a towing fee for my vehicle to get it out. Don’t stay here spend the money for a better place to stay.

ROOMS ARE OKAY FOR TWO PEOPLE. Problem is my reservation was for 2 adults and a 16 year old (who is larger than many adults I know). How this came up with my filters is puzzling to me because there is no couch, they do not provide cots and according to the staff all the rooms are all the same. But it does have a full size fridge and stovetop and was only $76 night. So I'd say it's a good value but DON'T STAY HERE FOR MORE THAN 2 PEOPLE unless you're bringing a sleeping bag and air mattress or something similar. I deducted 1 star for this mishap from the room and 1 star from the service because of their total lack of empathy regarding my situation and not even a sorry or an attempt to make it right. Ironically this an extended stay facility despite not having room for more than two people to share a bed.

After receiving my security deposit in the mail my review has changed tremendously. The rooms were very nice, the showers were comfortable, and the beds were neatly made. The people in the office were nice too, but unfortunately I had to wait almost a year for my security deposit. That doesn't mean this place isn't worth it. I ended up paying only about 70 bucks for a single night, and it's close to everything you need. I will recommend this though, please stay safe because there are some weird people there.
