I’m from central CT so I love a diner but this one surpasses all. Driving home from a wedding this weekend I remembered this diner from when I came with my grandma when I was young. We stopped and had the best meal - DONT SLEEP ON THE BUCKWHEAT PANCAKES. Our server was a highlight and a vibe as well as the other staff members which I appreciate. Diners don’t have to be dives or stale and this one is a great reminder of that. Thanks for creating such a beautiful chill delicious space for all generations ✨🙏🏻

There are so many choices for people who need them! It's fun to have dinner or lunch here and get something unique. Gluten-free, vegan , vegetarian. Fodmop. Even my husband, who can and does try everything, likes it. It's a great restaurant with friendly staff.

I am so happy I found a place by the shore where I can eat a delicious vegan meal while my husband eats whatever he likes. Thank you so much for accommodating both of us. We will be back! I had the Tempeh Reuben with sweet potato fries and I can't wait to try everything else on your vegan menu. My husband ordered the Patty Melt on the regular menu and he said it was delicious. We also ordered the guacamole & chips and my meal came with soup or salad, so I ordered the vegan chili and it was wonderful. We were stuffed when we left.

This was one of the best breakfast places we have been to..and being from Chicago we have some great restaurants. I’m vegetarian and my friend has celiac’s…they accommodated both of our needs….because it was on the menu!
Run…don’t walk to this restaurant. It’s a gem and you won’t regret it! Sooooooo good!! Thank you for a wonderful breakfast!

On advice from a Guilford local we stopped for a quick lunch before heading home at Shoreline Diner. It is very clean and comfortable. We were greeted and seated at a booth by a window. Our server was right there to offer drinks and give us the extensive menu. We each ordered the pita gyro with beef and lamb which was quite good. We decided to have a dessert and were a little disappointed in the dessert versus the description. I had a warm apple which was a round shortbread cookie with warm sliced apples and a little caramel sauce on it luckily I supplemented it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Janet had pecan pie with chocolate ice cream and it wasn’t really a slice of pie but more line a shortbread cookie with pecans and sauce. Although they were good we were disappointed in them.

I absolutely love their vegan French Toast!
Being lactose intolerant, it is often difficult for me to find delicious tasty food at a reasonable price. Especially because I also do not eat meat. The server went out of her way to make sure my meal was created to perfection! And of course to my liking!

This place is really cool. It's kind of like if a bunch of vegetarian hipsters bought an old diner, cleaned it up, and decided to serve gourmet food. They have many many fancy seaming non-vegetarian options. But what drew me in was the sign that it was a vegetarian enclave haha. Definitely a few good looking vegan choices. I ordered a falafel pita, which was tasty and just the right portion size for a nice little lunch. Very friendly staff, very in tune to dietary restrictions. Everything on the menu is labeled about dairy-free, not free, all that. So if you have any dietary restrictions, you would love this place.

The place was also very clean, very easy to get to. Totally recommend this please.

These onion rings are gluten free. Look at em, just look. Perfection. Super grateful for a safe farm fresh egg omelette too. The fries are also the most pillowiest fluffy potato ever, my fav type of fry. Yummmm. Also I love that you can dine in or do take out, we’ve done both!
