Angus and Katherine were wonderful owners to work with at the park. As soon as Charles (their son) took over things changed. He has no respect or communication through phone calls or emails with residents at all!
He makes up his own rules as he goes along and does not care how they affect anyone else, beware.

I rarely give bad reviews. Five minute to arrival wife called. No res! Shiprock RV ripped us off. We pre paid $300 a year in advance. We traveled central Canada with difficult communication off & on. Sheri (later she admitted she called the wrong number) had tried to verify by phone but had given our reservation to another and said since we didn't respond on there time table, we lost our $300. (so whats the $300 for?) I did reply on time to one of Sheri's broadcast RV happenings email with my information again and an attachment of there required signed 5 pager, from Canada. But apparently she never got it and didn't let me know she never got it. Then insisted if we wanted a refund we had to sign a very outdated document with wrong dates and stating we give up all rights! I called again and Sheri said she would ask there higher ups but we have never heard back from anyone. I have emailed them many times. During the prior year Sheri had sent me 35 emails of all RV goings on. So why did she not get verification by email? Looks like a scam to me. Highest requirements to get in, sloppy communications, ZERO follow up. I'm done giving them more time. City and County complaints to be filed soon. Not the best surroundings also. At least there junk emails have stopped. Update: 7 months and still no refund or even a reply. STAY AWAY. Update 3-21-2023 They could have tried to call us over several months. They could have replied to our emails. Never. It's not like they lost out on filling the site. They could have given a refund of at least some kind. No they love keeping a quick easy $300 every time they cant reach a customer quickly. I guess since they are small compared to other RV parks they know someone else will send in another $300. We have stayed at 70 RV resorts over 3 years of great USA travels & never been treated anywhere near this bad.

We spent a month at this wonderful rv resort. It is smaller than the mega parks, and has more of a sense of community. The resort is immaculate, friendly, and well priced. Has daily activities which you can choose to participate. Dog friendly with a great dog park for your furry friends.

This park is in a somewhat questionable area . The folks in the park I have found to be kindhearted and down to earth. Can't say much for the facilities as it has been years since I have stopped in to the office/rec areas.

I've only been here a few days. So far, pretty nice. Friendly folks. If you have an obnoxiously loud bike like mine, you're best to park it elsewhere like I do!

This small rv and park model resort has daily activities that will keep you moving and busy. Normal sized sites that are all close to the center housing the games room and library, office, laundry, large rec and kitchen and pool.
