Great location overall. This is an older hotel and you can tell by the decor, however, the atmosphere is still nice and staff is very friendly. I ended up in a bi-level suite. Nice upgrade, but that room had another set of stairs to the bedroom, so dragging luggage up is not fun.
Great breakfast options, very friendly and attentive server!!! No hot tub in the pool area was upsetting… just a pool left. Nice size, but I like my hot tubs to rest in them. Pool is only great for kids. I was there on a weekend, so lounge was open, but no snacks and very small amount of soda. Overall I am sure it is a great lounge when it serves appetizers and drinks, too bad I was there Friday and weekend when they don’t do it. Overall a nice and pleasant stay. Would recommend and I would return.

Stayed in room 240. Unfortunately view was the building wall. Room was very clean, spacious, and quiet. The cover that was given for the pull out couch was stain with some type of red, maybe lipstick. Hotel had fast elevators. Pool was roomy with plenty of towels. They no longer have a hot tube and the sauna was out of service now a storage closet for miscellaneous items. Overall I enjoyed my stay here. Nice view of the rapids and felt safe at all times. Friendly staff always cleaning the commons.

I attended a 1-day conference at Sheraton Suites in Cuyahoga Falls today, and this hotel and the whole facility is absolutely stunning! The hotel is set nearly on top of the river, as it flows beneath, raging as it goes - One of the most awe-inspiring sights! As you might be sitting at your table enjoying a dinner, the river is right there underneath you. The whole facility is very upscale and our conference room and the lunch that they served was super.

My recent stay at the Sheraton Suites in Akron was wonderful. The highlight of my visit was the exceptional cheeseburger I ordered from the on-site restaurant to enjoy in my room. The fries were perfectly crisp and served in a generous handful, accompanied by the cutest little ketchup bottles—a charming touch.

The view of the Cuyahoga River from the hotel is simply breathtaking, especially as fall begins to set in. A few remaining yellow trees stand like sentinels along the banks of the deep gorge, making it the perfect backdrop for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The hotel itself is fantastic. The lounge on the second floor is cozy and well-appointed, providing a welcoming space to unwind. While the property is undergoing some renovations and there are minor condition issues, it’s clear they are being addressed. My room was spotless, with clean, crisp towels and a comfortable layout.

I especially appreciated the jetted tub in my room. I don’t usually take advantage of features like that, but after a long work week, it was so relaxing to soak, listen to music on my phone, and truly unwind.

This hotel offers a beautiful, peaceful retreat in an ideal location. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning!

Service was very good, receptionist moved us to a room with a better view. Room was reasonably clean if not a little dated. No complementary breakfast which was sad, the on site restaurant did have breakfast but it was pretty pricey which was the only downside. Definitely spring for the rooms facing the falls!

Stayed here for one night on a last minute anniversary trip in November. We can't say enough nice things about Steven at the front desk who was so nice to help us secure a platinum member upgrade. Most hotels won't guarantee that until arrival, but Steven handled it all ahead of our arrival. As a result, we could enjoy the day more and not have to rush there. He was so polite and addressed us by name every time we saw him during our stay.||The multi-level room was clean, comfortable and had an incredible view. We could open the door to the patio and hear the falls. We had a delicious dinner and brunch at the hotel restaurant, Beau's on the River. The pierogi meal special was outstandina!|We will definitely plan to stay here again!

Wow I'm giving this hotel a 5 star review and I have not even stayed with them yet! I spoke to Steven at the front desk and he helped me book my room with ease. His customer service skills were top notch and he truly went above and beyond with answering all of my questions and meeting our requests. We look forward to a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel.
