The place is very clean, handicap parking and handicap buttons to open the doors! The Louisville Water Co is in the building on the right as you get into the lobby. Window between you and the employee, for safety of the people. I had to go to the Water Co. To work out a problem on my bill due to a water line break. The lady was very helpful and understanding of my issue. I believe she has done everything needed for a correction since I had the line repaired! You are able to go there up to 4:00pm I think. I really appreciate the help with my issues! Very satisfied with the service and appreciate the help from Caroline on the phone at the water company and the lady I saw in person that helped! Thanks for the help

On the very street that this building sits, was a huge pothole that popped two of my tires. The city refuses to reimburse for any car damages, even after proving photo evidence and receipts. It is pathetic that they cannot keep the road that their own city hall sits on maintained nor be held responsible for car damages due to their incompetence.
