Sheild catered my Foundation's annual donor appreciation dinner for 70 people, and I have nothing but accolades for them!

Dixie met with us at the location before the event to discuss everything and she was incredibly professional and helpful. The food was delicious- we got lots of compliments from our guests. They worked with us to create a unique menu that included appetizers, buffet dinner, and desserts. It was also more affordable than we were expecting!

Will, the head caterer, was very communicative and efficient. The other staff, including the bartender were all very friendly. They cleaned everything up very quickly and even made sure that my boss (who was too to eat all evening) got a plate of food to go! 100% would recommend Sheild Catering for any event.

First of all, they have outside seating. Also give and extra star because they allow our puppy. However. The snacks here are wonderful. We had the Spanish marinated olives and the aioli board that came with delicious bread. Was perfect for a late brunch. This was the first time I've been here. The atmosphere was relaxing, the facilities are clean and luckily we got really close parking. Which is sometimes hard to get in Whiteaker neighborhood. Friendly waitstaff. I'll definitely be coming back... next time for breakfast.

My husband and I hired Sheild Catering after I had seen the quality of their service on numerous occasions (having worked in the industry). During those moments, I had seen efficiency, teamwork, and elevated catering displays from them.

The food at our wedding, and the experience Natalie Sheild and her team helped craft, was phenomenal. From the initial booking process to the actual execution of service on our wedding, everything was perfect. The communication was stress free, clear, and direct. Everything we asked for and discussed was executed precisely. The staff were kind and professional and most importantly, the chef did an excellent job with the menu and dinner was incredible. I have to also say how lovely the menu selection process was, as Natalie and her team of chefs hosted my husband and I for a gorgeous tasting to ensure the menu was as anticipated- this option was an ease of mind and got our family so excited for our wedding day. Thank you to Sheild Catering and all those who helped make our day so special!

This past March (2018), Gutenberg College hired Sheild Catering to provide food for a College Preview day. This was a significant event—we invited new families to learn about and participate in our community.

Sheild Catering provided exceptional service for this important event. Our guests enjoyed beautifully cured, thin-sliced lunch meat, delectable homemade pickled onions, and fresh vegetables. Everything was tasty, expertly prepared, and artistically displayed. The dinner Sheild Catering provided was also outstanding! The highlight was the fresh berry cobbler for desert. I would strongly recommend Sheild Catering to anyone interested in hosting a meal that communicates quality, community, and care to guests.
