Impressive that their menu can adjust to dietary restrictions. Views were great. Our table service was good. Bar was extremely slow. The best dish I had was the vegan chocolate dessert. The best dish my husband had was the seabass. I feel like there could be some improvements to the menu.

Seven Glaciers is quite the experience! The ride up to the restaurant has some great views. All of the courses were excellent. The only thing lacking was the wine and whiskey selection. Not much effort has gone into their bar, with poor wine offerings and not much high end whiskey to pair with the dinner.

I am ranking the food at 3 stars because I would expect a place that has set menú and atmosphere to provide quality food with quality ingredients. I would love to eat here again as the food seemed so good, but the use of SEED OILS and pre-made dishes makes it difficult. I would expect places that charge this amount on food to use quality ingredients like beef tallow and ghee, at the very least organic grass-fed meats and butter.

What a lovely escape. The best courses we have had yet. The tram up to the restaurant and views at the top are unbeatable. We had a booth in a corner to ourselves looking out over a window and you can just see so much. It is amazing. The top favorite of the night was the scallop lobster bisque, but it was pretty hard to pick a favorite because every course, vegetarian and meat, were delicious. We had a great server and will definitely be back.

Highly recommend! Wonderful tram ride up to the restaurant. It was cloudy and rainy when we went but we still enjoyed the view and atmosphere. Food was delicious! The salmon and the raspberry tart were my favorite of the evening. Great spot for a celebratory dinner!

At the top of the air tram, it has the most magnificent views, friendly service, and relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere. A must when you’re staying in the area.

Intriguing way to the restaurant through the tram, really welcoming atmosphere but way too bright inside for a dinner seating (also there’s no music). $125 pp for a fixed menu plus drinks is extra charge. Of all menu items I liked beer salad, scallop bisque and profiteroles the best, although most meals seems to be okay-ish (not fantastic). Great service and wonderful wine list.
