This is probably the worst Servantii we’ve ever been to. Apart from the fact that they had very limited choices, the customer service was terrible. My spouse asked the employee what she recommended and she responded by shaking her head and saying “just tell me what you want”. I understand it can be stressful when it’s busy, but it wasn’t. She was also rude to the other customer in there, having an attitude when responding to her questions. Won’t be coming back.

Heather did a fantastic job helping us put an order together for a family event. She listened so well, confirmed all we needed, made sure delivery went flawlessly and helped us feel confident and well cared for. The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed our catered trays. I was treated very poorly with this company. I called in advance to see if they carried chocolate German cake,the lady said we have 5 in stock. I headed straight over to pick up this cake,to get home and open the box to see this. When I called about the cake the woman was not friendly she responded with a frank “IM SORRY” this is how the cake should be. I responded with this cake looks like a pancake,it’s super thin and lopsided and very hard. I have never been more disappointed

European style bakery that has been a fixture in the city for 60 years. Fresh breads, pastries, cakes and more. Not quite as big as it once was but always has to be in consideration for that special occasion.

Very disappointed. No Halloween cupcakes, all cupcakes had kid characters on them. Halloween cookies were $4.00. Went to Buskens, they had Halloween cupcakes $7, cookies $1.50+, etc. Spent$30 at your competitor that I wanted to spend with you. You are out pricing yourself in a demanding specialty market.
