Chef Brian recently prepared a private dining experience for 14 people in celebration of a 50th birthday celebration. From start to finish, Brian was wonderful to work with. His communication and collaboration throughout the planning were wonderful. The evening of the event, Brian and his team took care of everything allowing us the ability to relax and enjoy a wonderful evening. Brian is a talented and creative chef. Chef Brian and his team went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met for my sisters 40th birthday party! The presentation was absolutely beautiful and so professionally done. All of our guests raved about the food! Everything was just delicious and so freshly prepared. Brian was extremely communicative throughout the entire planning process. Chef Brian and his team have been so professional, warm and welcoming. The experience we have had on multiple occasions now for our DKH-Nurturing Families events has been superb! Chef Brian catered a private function at my home for 45 people, with a bar and passed bites. Everything was perfect!
I received many compliments on the attractively presented food, and I was thrilled and grateful for the good service and clean up. He did a great job planning, with set up and delicious menu suggestions to ensure vegetarians and vegans also had savory and varied hors d'oeuvres. He was sensitive to my budget and delivered excellent value.
His team really does make it easy and fun to entertain.
