A wonderful stay despite the winter temperatures. Our little house was warm and toasty. Nicely appointed interior with very comfortable bed and bedding, great shower with wonderfully fresh white towels. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, if needed and tableware. Absolutely spotless and well taken care of. A nice option if you prefer to be out of town close to the many hiking trails -and we’ve heard the restaurant is outstanding (we were off season and it was closed). Many pools and hot tubs available though we didn’t use them this time. This absolutely would be a great family and friends vacation site. We’re looking forward to visiting again next February. Thanks to the great staff was well!

I stayed there for 2 nights. I chose the place based on the photos, which looked nice. This resort consists of numerous one-bedroom houses, which are technically manufactured houses. Therefore, the interior is pretty simple and compact, although it has all you need. It is also outside of Sedona, about 4 miles away. Many families stayed there. They had a large pool, 2 spas, and a picnic area. Surroundings were pretty. Very quiet there, too, which I appreciated. Beautiful sky with stars very well seen. Overall, it's an alright place if you are looking for a family getaway in a quiet and pretty place. Personally, I would prefer something more upscale.

Lovely place. Small units, but have everything we need. The pool is big and heated. Lots of hot tubs spread throughout the property.
The property is beautifully taken care of. Our unit was very clean. My pet peeve is floors that get my feet dirty by walking around barefoot. These floors are clean.
They do have a complimentary laundry room, which is also kept clean.
I'd stay here again.

A great peaceful place to stay. It was our first time and it’s a quaint resort with waterfalls and outdoor areas to sit and read or relax. The inside room has all the basic things you need. It was clean, front desk staff friendly and informative. We didn’t use the pool but I saw some guests did so my guess is it’s heated. We stayed in a 1-bedroom unit. We attended the flute performance in the activities room which was nice not to have to drive into town. They have an Italian restaurant on property that we didn’t eat at but I heard it’s got decent food.||It’s about a 15 minute drive to the main town which is great because the traffic in town was terrible. If you’re not in a hurry then it’s fine but I’m just so glad we didn’t stay near town. We enjoyed it enough to return for another stay.

Perfect location and vibes for a Sedona getaway! Rooms are a little dated but are clean and well kept.

Amenities are nice, plenty of hot tubs to choose from, mini golf, and the meatballs at the on-property restaurant are delicious!

Very much enjoyed my stay at Sedona Pines Resort. Location is very convenient. The views on the drive to town are breathtaking. Quiet, clean, very affordable accommodations. Full size refrigerator, plenty of towels, 2 TVs, and so much more. Will certainly book again.

Be aware of scorpions! My husband got stung in the bed and the front desk employee just told us that she had 16 in her apartment. They need better professionalism in hotel business.
The resort has well kept grounds and quiet but the room interior needs serious update. Very clean.

My family has owned time at this resort for many years. We have always enjoyed our time there, but the units are past due for basic upgrades. ||The grounds and amenities are well maintained and very nice. The staff is always pleasant and willing to help with any request. ||It has been at least 15 years since the couches and dining seating have been touched. The couch cushions are extremely worn and uncomfortable. 2 of the pillows on the couch were torn at the seams. While I don’t expect a hide-a-bed to be as comfortable as a regular bed, this one is far past its time. ||I would hope that the resort would utilize some of the maintenance fees that all owners pay to make these improvements.
