Over the past five years I have stayed at the Secret Garden Ardennes multiple times a year. The location is outstanding. You can walk right across the street to the national park and in the evening you will share that walk with deer and fireflies. If you’re not familiar with the park, it has amazing hiking trails as well as natural springs to swim in.

The cottages are amazing. Enclosed and a gated garden with three other cottages, multiple decks and seating areas, hammocks, fire pits tables and more. Plus, there is a garden where you can pick fresh vegetables.

The hosts are definitely our favorite part of the trip. Always responsive, the rooms are clean and inviting, and their grounds are always inviting- to hang out by yourself with a book or to have a big family meal cooking out with provided grills and all the cooking gear.

We were lucky enough to find out about the Secret Gardens Cottages in Sulphur. We have an annual family reunion and always had struggled to find nice accommodations. The cottages are hands down the best place to stay. Great price, nicely remodeled, right next to everything the area has to offer, and great hosts. It was quiet, cozy, and very nice. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs to stay in the area.

What a wonderful place to relax. The cottage #2 is so cute. It has everything you need. Comfortable beds, soft sheets. The towels are fluffy and soft. The kitchen has a real coffee pot with coffee and real cups. We enjoyed waking up sitting outside on the deck and having our coffee while listening to the birds. Different seating areas with 2 fire pits hammock and whimsical decor add to the secret garden experience. Located right next to the Chickasaw National Recreation entrance. Great hosts. Will be back!

This was our second time to stay at the Sulphurs Secret Garden. We thoughally enjoyed both times. We felt right at home. The cottage we stayed in this time was my favorite! Handmade doilies, quilts and vintage family pictures adorned the walls. The cabins are always clean and well stocked with the necessaries. Bath linens, toiletries. There were pots and pans, a toaster, utensils, coffee mugs, coffee pot, glasses. The unexpected extras made us comfortable: ice, coffee, salt and pepper, candy. There were lovingly tended to outdoor gardens, a hammock, sitting areas. A grill for outdoor cooking. We will definitely be returning!

My husband and I loved the Secret Garden Cottages! Becky and her husband have done a excellent job of restoring the 1930 cottages. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. Its so nice to have a kitchen. The outdoor space is a lovely garden area with lots of cute seating space. Its right across the street from Chickasaw National Park. Perfect for sprnding the day in nature.

When I walked into the Secret Garden, I walked into such a quaint, peaceful area with the sound of water in the fountain and wind chimes. The rock exterior on each cottage, the large deck with chairs to relax and a hammock to relax under the trees if desired is so cozy. Inside the cottage is decorated so nicely with comfortable beds, a kitchen and lovely bathroom. Thank you for such a relaxing visit.

Chose this property because it was close to the Chickasaw Cultural Center and not too far from Turner Falls. I read the reviews before making reservations with the idea that if it is at least 3 and the reviews say it is clean then I would make the reservations. I was so surprised to see all the 5's. Not many properties get those kind of reviews. My husband and took our grandkids ages 14 &11. We all enjoyed the beautiful setting the comfortable cabin that was clean and well equipped. Would love to go back for a recharging time with just the hubby. AND bonus it is literally a half block from the Chickasaw National Recreation Area , Platt National Historic District. When we turned onto 12th Street from the main street my husband wasn't sure we were in the right place. Just keep going....parking is in the back of main house behind an at least 8 foot cedar fence. When you open the gate to the Secret Garden you will see what all the 5's were about.

My husband and I along with friend stayed in the #2 cottage this past June. Walking through the gate entrance was like stepping back in time to a simpler way of life. The courtyard was beautiful with a small garden area of tomatoes,squash and other vegetables. The large trees provided the best shade and made for as much relaxation outside as it was inside of the cottage. The cottage was perfect in every way with special details taken in their furnishings. Becky and her husband are the most gracious hosts and gifted us with 2 loaves of homemade zucchini bread and made our stay very special. We have found our Happy Place right next to Chickasaw National Recreation Area
