The store itself is nice, although overpriced, but the ladies upstairs in the patio furniture section, specifically the dark hair girl with horrendous acne and the extremely heavy set woman with dark hair, were extremely rude. We drove 30 minutes to shop for patio furniture only to be treated horribly because we needed to use the restroom. Learn some customer service skills.

It may be obvious to review ACE … the reputation for customer experience is so good, but … we have recently had exceptionally good experiences with Seashore Ace involving Weber grills, shrink wrap, delivery, etc … the team members are competent and friendly and generous with advice and guidance. We are grateful for the help and the great experience. As feedback, I would note that the customer experience on the first floor is outstanding, but is not as good on the second floor (I have shared this with management).

I actually own a business similar to Seashore Ace, and understand all of the challenges they face at this time of the year as they try to sell, service and deliver a lot of product before Memorial Day and then before July 4th. I went in to buy a grill and some odds and ends. I was helped immediately. All of my questions were answered. They gave me a $50 gift card for buy a grill, and they delivered it next day. Just a great experience.

My go to store for a variety of items. Lots of cool items and necessities. Clerks at the front of the store are always great. Very friendly and helpful. Sometimes the men in Hardware are as well, but sometimes you get gruff guys that aren’t as nice. I’ve had really helpful ones and a few that blew me off and were a bit rude. I don’t hold it against the whole team for a few bad apples. As I said, others have been nice and helpful. I think some don’t like to help women in the “man’s section” of the store.
