We recently hosted a team gathering at Scout Living and had an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive, thoughtful, and truly on top of everything. The conference room was exactly what we needed—comfortable, well-equipped, and spotless. And the hotel rooms? So beautiful and cozy, I honestly didn’t want to leave!

Terri called us at just the right time—it felt meant to be. She and Zekiya made the entire planning process seamless, and every team member we interacted with was ready to help the moment we needed anything.

The whole property was clean, welcoming, and clearly cared for. We would absolutely come back again.

Also, the location couldn't be better- steps away from Ponce Market and a 20 minute walk from Krog Street Market. So much good food and shopping!

This place is remarkable. Clean, great amenities, GREAT employees, great location. Ponce City Market is just steps outside the courtyard. Pool, fitness, Lounge on upper floor has great views. Laundry in room but I would suggest laundry facilities, $2.50 per load in the lower garage area since the unit in room is washer/dryer combo & takes forever. For almost the same price as a hotel room, you get what equates to an apartment. I hope this type offer makes through all the major cities in the U.S..

Wow! I’m so impressed and will definitely be back. We stayed in a studio room. It was so cute and had everything we needed. The rooftop area is so beautiful, especially at night. I love being able to walk to Ponce City Market. The staff were all exceptionally kind and friendly. Digital keys were so convenient.

This was a fantastic stay! Everything is new. We really liked the styling of the apartment and the fact that we could make our own breakfast/dinner. Especially since we were still on European hours and were hungry at 4/5 am local time 😂 The apartment has a fantastic location, right next to the Beltline and Ponce market. We walked to the Piedmont Park.

One of the newest hotels I have ever stayed in - there is still some construction going on. Being an Eagle Scout, I was excited to stay here and was not disappointed! It was lovely. The best thing was the staff - kind, friendly, and very welcoming. It is weird that there are no televisions in the rooms. They said they might change that, but it was kind of nice not having one. The location is fantastic and the rooms were comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. It would be especially good for a longer stay. If you are an Eagle Scout, let them know!

Scout was great. Brand new hotel that was great for a 2 day work trip. It's part of Ponce City Market, so you can dine at about 40 different restaurants. There is a massive gym as part of the complex which is a real bonus too! Room was well appointed, the steamer was easy to use in the morning, and the kitchens are stocked (although with so many restaurants downstairs, I did not use most of it).

Great new apartment hotel right at Ponce City Market. Close to tons of amenities, including restaurants, grocery stores and the Beltline. Rooms were bright and clean (with laundry machines!) and the rooftop pool and patio is amazing. Staff were all very friendly and helpful as well. The only strange thing was no TVs in the room, but not really a big deal. 5/5 would recommend!

We are frequent travelers to Atlanta and are always looking to try something different. Scout is definitely a different concept. It has so much potential to be a great property, but it’s not quite there yet.

PROS: property is brand new, rooms are spacious, location can’t be beat. You are steps away from everything Ponce Market has to offer. They let us check-in early which I appreciated and I loved the ease of the digital key.

CONS: No signs, anywhere directing you where to go. It might not sound like a big deal, but when you are dragging all your luggage in circles for over an hour, trust me, it’s no fun. The parking at the courtyard was completely hidden (doesn’t even look like it’s a road) and know where does it say parking until you are right up on it. The directions they give you to find the garage is wholly inadequate. And I agree with another reviewer about the garage doors, all the doors were locked and again, no signs you are at Scout. There are no TVs in the units, most likely because it is a long term apartment complex as well as a hotel, but for the nightly rate, there I feel there should be at least one TV, IMHO. Lastly, we tried to call the customer service number that was given to us at least 5 times, and no one ever answered.

All and all, it is a very nice property. If they would fix some of the small stuff, we would definitely stay there again.
