Okay this place AND the workers were amazing... Literally super sweet and helpful. The place was so bright and vibrant! They had great ice cream and nostalgic candies as well. We will be back. I do wish they had more seating but otherwise FANTASTIC! 🤩

What an absolutely amazing addition to Pike County... This was such a "sweet" surprise to find located at the Pike Plaza. We noted the fun family friendly atmosphere immediately from the parking lot with the cute candy land holiday displays. My kids and their family loved the dine-in opportunity for this chilly weekend. I also noted outdoor dining for summer and spring seasons. The design and color scheme brings so much happiness to my kids. We expected ice cream but not an entire candy store selection. The display at the counter had so many bakery options. I noted many cookies, brownies, chocolates, pretzels, cookie cake, candy apples with adorable custom designs, and so much more! They also had adorable toys and novelty candy/gummies to choose from. The selection of ice cream was wonderful as well. I noted many seasonal flavors as well as classic options for every age. They even had sugar free options. My kids liked that they had different flavors of "cookie" ice cream cones to pick from. They also had the usual cups or waffle cones to pick from.
We took time to admire many of the hand painted/hand crafted accents that were in this store front as well. I would recommend coming in for the artistry alone, it's such a photo op. The ice cream was delicious, my kids really enjoyed the mint chocolate chip and I am obsessed with the praline flavor now. I would recommend this to any families visiting the area. It will now be on my kids radar for years to come. I cannot rave enough about how excited they were with this visit. This was the cutest scoops location that we have ever visited. You also can't go wrong with slices next door. Just grab dinner then swing by for dessert. 🍭🍫🧁🍨🍦🍬

This is one of the most organized well laid out storefront that I’ve seen in my life. The management team pulled out all of the stops and would even go as far as picking fresh strawberries and making chocolate dip strawberries. I had ice cream for my wife and I had the banana pudding and the chocolate fudge and it was out of this world! Whether you’re in the Zebulon area or not this is a place to bring the family and especially the kids because they will thank you forever for giving them this experience. We went as part of a Mother's Day gift on a beautiful day. They had outdoor seating and we were able to enjoy the beautiful weather. There was lots of candy, chocolate, and other treats. We ordered a cup of vanilla with Oreo toppings and a brownie sundae. I really wanted chocolate chip ice cream, but they didn't have it, so they took vanilla, put it on a cold slab and did a mix-in of chocolate chips and put it in a waffle cone. Everybody's tummy's were full and everything was delicious! We will definitely be coming back often!

Food: Wow, just Wow! I order 3 scoops in a cup(banana pudding, caramel cheesecake, strawberry) Huge chunks of strawberry. It brought back memories. It's been ages since I had genuinely good ice cream. Creamy, rich and flavorful. My only complaint is, I felt the spoon was going to break everytime I went in for me. But the spoon held up. I'll be back and back again. Prices are ok. Not to high, not to low. Hope they remain decent.

Service: Friendly welcoming staff. I was greeted right away. The staff offered assistance with questions about ice cream flavors and allowed me to sample a flavor.

Atmosphere: Colorful inviting atmosphere. I only noticed 3 small high tables with two - three high chairs. Most seating is outside, but there's plenty. I see they offer some sodas, appeal, candy( cotton candy, worms) toys( smalls truck, bears) ect.. Seems everyone can grab something at Scoops

This is our FAVORITE ice cream place! It is very clean and comfortable with a friendly atmosphere, a public restroom, and lots of outdoor seating. It has a small hometown feel while still offering a lot of variety in the choices. I had a frozen snickerdoodle chocolate, which I’ve never even seen on a menu before, and it was delicious! We will be coming back as often as we can this summer!

You love ice cream this is a place for you. Every time we have been there we have been treated very well. My 87-year-old mom loves this place. She doesn't like to get out of the house but if you mention scoops she's there with a purse ready to go.
