This small, local restaurant recently came under new management and it has made all the difference. The food here is home cooked and always served hot and fresh. Seating is first come, first serve and often fills up fast. My husband is a big fan of the Dam Special, a classic breakfast combination, and I'm always alternating between the Eggs Benedict and Biscuits and Gravy. All very good and great comfort food! Note: no cards accepted. Only cash.

The Chute Inn is the place to come . The owners and staff are so friendly . The service is incredible. Many choices on their menu. I have eaten there several times and the food has always been perfect. They have great desserts to choose from. I will return again and again. Thank you

An up north small town gem of a restaurant. Great food, (country fried steak with sausage gravy is my favorite) amazing staff and wonderful Mrs Schleicher always makes you feel so welcome!

We stopped in the first time on a whim for breakfast and they did not disappoint! Not only was our food hot and delicious, their restaurant is one of the cleanest I’ve ever seen! It’s obvious they have a regular cleaning regimen and not just a general surface cleaning. Not a speck dust on the floor trim or on any of the wall art (some for sale by local artist). The owner is very friendly as well as the other staff. We have had breakfast there 3 times but will be sure to try lunch very soon! Give Chute Inn a try and I promise you won’t be disappointed!
