Literally the best coffee roast in all of Tucson. The coffee varieties on offer here are outstanding, well curated, and from all over the world.

The roast consistency is excellent. And everything is usually roasted within the week.

Be sure to let these beans bloom and release their CO2 when brewing. Otherwise you will wind up with a very acidic brew. This is how you know it's fresh!

There is only one roastery that even comes close to Savaya in Tucson. And that's Yellow Brick Coffee.

Went in for two coffees! This shop offers a variety of unique coffee from all over the world! Ordered two French vanilla lattes which were delicious and left us feeling perfectly caffeinated!

The barista seems very knowledgeable and skilled. I told them my preferences, not knowing what to order, and they whipped up something that was just right. You can tell there is a lot of thought and care put into their craft. Very kind. Very skilled. Loved the atmosphere. Definitely found my go to coffee spot!

I had Savaya coffee before and loved it but love it even more after today. I stopped in to this location with my boyfriend to grab some caffeine before our anniversary dinner and grab a bag to take home. Quinn did such a wonderful job taking care of us. They’re incredibly knowledgeable about how the beans are sourced, the different flavor profiles they offer and even let us sample a couple to find the perfect pound of coffee to take home. Quinn really is a stellar representation of your company and her service was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

Savaya always has excellent coffee, whether you want a prepared cup of coffee, espresso, etc. In addition, they have a superb selection of roasted coffees. The barista on duty is generally very knowledgeable about the flavor profile associated with each one. It’s definitely a too choice for coffee in the Tucson area, and there are a few locations to choose from. I particularly like this one on Tanque Verde because of the coffee warehouse vibe.
