The internet was down when we arrived, so checking in took a good minute. The hotel was nice and clean. Although the bathrooms need some updating! The tub looks old and the jets wouldn't work. The water pressure was horrible! It took forever to wash my hair and flush the toilet, well it took 3-4 times in order to flush anything. The breakfast was great, they had lots to choose from.

The staff were all very pleasant. The pool was perfection! The rooms were pretty clean.
The breakfast wasn't very good. The waffles had an odd taste, and the OJ was very watery.
It's ashame the hot tub pools aren't operational.
Great location! Lots of food nearby.

Wasnt the worst. The front desk and made service were lovely. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The room there did need a little fixing up (ac worked weird and the bathtub looked like the side was falling off) but all in all I enjoyed my stay there. I did not enjoy the strange smell but knowing what I know about the water their and the smell it can be let off if it's from the treatment facility, I assumed it was that

Would not recommend to anyone looking for an up to date hotel. The outside is deceiving because it looks decent but the rooms are antiquated. Not to mention my bedding was NOT changed from the last guest. Shower curtains had holes in it, my door wouldn't shut properly had to slam it in order to close it. I thought this hotel would have been better because it was out by the airport but I was wrong... website photos are deceiving. The juice is not worth the squeeze on this one. The price should be $52.00 at best!! Old fashioned mattress no pillow top👎

Friendly welcome received upon entrance. We were able to check into our room earlier than expected. We were given information about things to do in the city and about the hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable. No ice on 3rd floor but we were able to get it on 2nd floor. Everything worked in my room and everything was properly filled. Breakfast was fresh and good and different menu for two days that I was there. Fast check-in and out by D. Wilson. I was very satisfied with my stay. I booked two rooms with no problems June 2018 by phone.

Nice place, staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was a suite, with a sitting area. There were 2 tvs, which we never turned on, but nice to have if we wanted. Only thing was the bath, big and jetted, and really old. That needs an upgrade, I'm a shower person, would prefer hotels have them instead. Breakfast was OK, coffee was coldish, but not horrible. Would stay again

I got there my room was not ready. Everywhere else was booked. So they did an emergency clean. It was basically just laying sheets on the bed and throwing out trash. I ended up lysoling down the entire room. I was nasty. I slept fully clothed. That was the worst stay I had anywhere.

I will give it 2 stars because the breakfast was good and the desk help was very nice. Also the guy that picked up the garbage on the grounds was very nice. But it wasn't clean. Pool wasn't working and they never told us that when we booked it. Carpets were filthy in the dining area. The jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was broke and the panel on the tub was hanging off. The owners need to put money back into it. All the guests were mad. They won't have a business soon!
