I’m a dasher, I pick up here a lot and it is always rough. Tonight I picked up from the Lee branch store and it was a breeze! The area manager, Robbie was working and checked order for accuracy. I was in and out. Then I get a Chelsea order and I walk into to mass chaos. Robbie was there too! He was trying to diffuse the angry customers and while I was waiting my DD customer arrived. The contracting system for delivery needs to be better but more important we need workers there that care about the customer and quality of service. Robbie was able to appease most everyone and get things back on track. Please take notice of this and provide better training to the make line and register workers.

This is our Friday night pizza stop. Pizza is always great and cooked on time and the service is always friendly. The Manager, Robbie, personally went over each pizza with me for accuracy. How awesome is that!! That’s something that I appreciate in today’s service industry that seems to have been plagued with the, “I don’t want to be here!” attitude. We love the Sanpeggio’s in Chelsea!

Came in to grab my food and was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. The food has always been amazing. Got my food and it tasted like it always does. Don’t plan on changing where I order my pizza in Chelsea.I would recommend this place to every one.

We have been coming here for years and have always been more than happy. The last pizza we got there was so horrible that I feel compelled to warn people. It was undercooked, we paid for extra cheese, there was a small sprinkle of cheese under the sparse toppings. There was almost no sauce, it basically had no taste. SO DISSAPOINTING!! Don't waste your money

Robbie and his staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming! I absolutely loved coming in rather having it delivered! I’ve never gotten bad food or bad service from this location, my family and I will continue to come back for this wonderful service!
