This is not a 5 star motel but definitely can't beat the price and the rooms are pretty good for the price, nice and clean, and it's pretty quiet of a place. The lady that runs it is really nice too!

Reserved a room and when i got there this lady said she cancelled my reservation because i was not there by 9pm to charge the card but i told her the website say 3pm-11pm and i got there by 1020. She didnt care to go by that she was like oh well and left the window. So if i could give a negative star i would because i had to go find a place that had vacancies when i shouldnt have 👎🏾

The ONLY thing I like about this was the location.
The first room we were in had an out-of-order air conditioner that screeched. The owner knew this but was too busy with parents or in-laws from India than taking care of the out-of-order air conditioner.
That night, we were moved to another room without a working air conditioner. The owner knew about the air conditioner not working but cared more about spending time with parent or in-laws from India than the upkeep of their motel PLUS the comfort of their customers.
To keep the room cooled, the refrigerator door was left open all day and all night.
The second room also had no screen, no smoke detector, a shower head with many calcium deposits, a big square hole in the bathroom ceiling, and a doorknob not securely in place.
It was the NEXT night when we were moved to a 3rd room. The air conditioner worked but the TV did not work. The bathroom was very small.

On the first night their there were at least 2 cars vandalized and broken into. The owner, upon finding out when returned, yelled at the VICTIMS saying they are not responsible for damage to the cars or property.
Yet there are NO signs stating PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK or anything similar to that. It was added into the final receipt received, and was not before. In fact, the first receipt they had you sign they did NOT give a copy of to the customer even when asked to do so.
Housekeeping staff did not give out enough towels to rooms, even when asked. Only one towel per room, even when 2 people were in it. They were also rimude with no communication skills.
The motel has a NO REFUND policy, even on money lost in the soda machine and laundry rooms. They also would not give a discount or refund to the people whose cars were vandalized in their parking lot.
Recommendation is to stay away.
I would give this place 0 stars if it was possible.

Would have been 5 stars but they didn't make sure all of the guests were quite. Some guests let their kids run around screaming before 8am and after 10pm. Told them about a leak above my daughter's bed and nothing was done about it and we weren't given the option to switch rooms.

This place is a good spot to stay at a few nights the area makes me kind of nervous but it is run by some good people who will make sure the trouble sum people away which makes me feel safer.

Did a last minute search on Expedia with my Ipad while parked on the side of the road and booked the room. I was looking for the 'budget' room. I'm not big on 'fancy', but like 'functional'. Basically if it's clean with no bugs I'm happy. The San Jacinto Inn exceeded all my expectations for sure. The proprietor was professional and asked a few questions about my travel and seemed interested. When I got to the room I was pleasantly surprised that the room was freshly painted, had nice carpeting and the bedspread appeared to be new. Nice 'kitchenette' if you want to bring food in and reheat in the microwave. Everything was meticulously clean and the shower curtain appeared new to. ||||I expected the pool to be really hot since it's been so hot here, but it was just right and also meticulously clean. The High Speed WiFi worked well too.||||Bring your own coffee, but keep in mind that is how the prices are so accommodating. I own and manage a rental condo in Panama City, Florida, so know about cost. I would recommend this property to anyone!

There is no longer a pool or hot tub. Housekeeping does a great job and is friendly and helpful while on duty. It's great to see the improvements are being made once again. Can't wait to see the final outcome.
