It's well situated and only a short drive to Flagstaff. I would highly suggest staying here over a hotel. Bonus is you are helping to support a local!

Stayed here for a family trip. The host David communicated with us sooooo good before and during the stay. The place is very clean and homey, kitchen has everything, dining/couch space are nice and spacious. Each piece of furnitures and decorations, plates and cups are all high-sense and feel so good to be there. The place is only 10min away from the very center of Flagstaff where you can get everything you want, and is 1 hr away from both Sedona and Grand Canyon. Definitely recommend! We’re so happy that we could find this place and meet David!

It was so great at David's! We stayed at Peaks Wildernest for 3 nights. David was very kind, spend some hours with us, made us an incredible breakfast and shared local's tipps! We really enjoyed staying at David's. The room was also very nice and tidy. His dog is gorgeous - and you can also see hummingbirds around the house. All in all a really recommendable accomodation!!
If we'll ever make it to Flagstaff again, we will choose this house! Thank you, David!

A little out of the way from downtown Flagstaff but perfect location for us as an overnight stop on our way to Page and Zion for a class reunion. Route 89 in front of the place goes straight to Page in less than 2 hours. Nice house, nice room and shared bathroom. There is only one other guest room so no problem. Great host David who cooked a nice breakfast for us. We were greeted by a friendly dog, Wanda, on arrival. Nice mountain views from the backyard.

Not your usual bed & breakfast. This is a lovely, well-decorated home (loved the bear-themed lamps and the many bird pictures) on an acre of land about 8 miles northeast of Flagstaff (easy 15-20 minute drive into Flagstaff) but far enough out of town that it has the feeling of wilderness -- complete with quiet surroundings, comfort, and bright stars at night. A truly relaxing retreat. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom and the third has its own private bathroom. David, the owner, is a very friendly and laid-back. He provides a continental breakfast and can accommodate your tastes (we had bagels, English muffins, cream cheese, jelly, coffee most mornings). After breakfast, we sat around chatting over coffee. He is also knowledgable about Flagstaff and the surrounding area. We were there shortly after some heavy snows that left a gorgeous snow-covering on the nearby mountains. David has an older dog that is extremely well-behaved and won't bother the guests at all. The one caveat is that it may be hard to find unless you have researched it thoroughly on a map app -- there is no sign except for the address number on the mailbox along the street. Even with my research, we drove past the first time and had to backtrack.

Our stay at this sweet little B&B was made that much better by having David as our wonderful host. He truly went above and beyond for us, digging our car out of the snow, baking birthday cakes and overall just being super welcoming and helpful. Absolutely recommend!

Me and boyfriend stayed here for one night in March this year and loved it! The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the place was quiet. The house has a shared bathroom, but guests were clean and respectful. Dave, our wonderful host was kind, helpful, outgoing, and cooked us a wonderful meal the next morning. Wifi was included. This place is located a few miles up the road from downtown, but well worth extra distance. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive and peaceful getaway!
