This vegan café is truly a hidden gem of Bend. They serve amazing colorful salads and wraps. Seasonal soups, creamy vegan desserts and convenient grab and go items. I believe they even offer juice cleanses. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area. 10/10 recommend.

I love it when a place offers a few menu options created to perfection- even the coffee was the most flavorful I've had in a long time. I love it even more when I can feel the food I'm eating, providing real life giving nourishment to my body. Definitely will be back the next time we're in Bend.

The lady working was lovely. The atmosphere is cozy, like a small coffee shop.

I ordered the Jade & a soup.
The Jade is the best kale and spinach I've ever had. Instead of trying to burry the flavors, the smoothie works with them in an unoffensive manner. The texture was perfectly smooth.
The soup was well spiced and fit the snowy weather well. Slightly thick in texture. It leaves you feeling warm and comfortable.

I’m feeling very grateful and wanted to express my appreciation for folks over at Salud Raw Food, for all their hard work, for this beautiful hydrating meal. It really hit the spot after work today. I was feeling so run down, drank too much coffee and not enough water… I swear their food always sets me straight without weighing me down. I think Hippocrates would agree that their food is indeed good medicine. ❤️

The Rawkin tacos are so RAD!!! They are my go to. Hubby said the The Say Ole’ tacos were nice and spicy! The fresh juice cannot be beat and if you can save room for dessert, do, if you can’t than take some cheesecake home, I promise you won’t be sorry. ✌🏻

The BEST vegan food around!!! It was the best tasting fresh and filling food I've had in a while we ate there twice in a day because we craved it so bad after the first time. Highly recommend the nachos and the green juice with jalepeno in it!!!

Food is tasty, healthy and fresh, and the space is cute and clean. Rawkin tacos are particularly flavorful, and not something I’d typically whip up at home. It’s expensive though, and there’s a shocking 4% charge to pay by credit card. Apparently they also sell bone broth, which makes me less inclined to support them, as I was previously under the impression that they were plant-based, or at least vegetarian.

Got the spicy nori roll and wantons and both soups. So healthy,, This is the food you want to eat ppl! Stay positive, close to the earth, hey not to mention it makes you feel great !! Great ppl, cute as heck spot, Feelin good. Go there !! Get there, and enjoy 🙏
