Great coffee shop overall. Coffee selection is pretty awesome as well. Service is poor and severly lacking. The baristas seem to come and do their job. Definitely not creating an experience. Two of my most recent visits they had made a mistakes in not fulfilling my order correctly. Both times nothing was done to correct it, I even mentioned it to the manager with no resolve. Its sad to see a place with such great products have awful service.

I had the caramel latte with almond milk (cold) at Sagebrush Coffee in Chandler, and I really enjoyed it! The flavor was great, though I found it to be slightly on the pricier side. The ambiance, however, makes up for it—cozy, welcoming, and perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. They also offer an amazing selection of bakery 🧁 items that I can’t wait to try on my next visit. Definitely a great spot for coffee lovers looking for a chill vibe!

Amazing! They hosted a coffee tasting called "cupping" and the young man that hosted it was phenomenal. He traveled all over the world cupping coffee and he brought us a great event. My husband and I went on a date. I don't drink coffee at all and even I enjoyed learning about it. Be on the lookout for cupping here. Highly recommend this place because of the coffee and the staff.

First impression is everything for a business. But this place really let me down. I wanted to be a regular here after discovering this sweet little spot close to home. I bought a bag of beans since I'm Guatemalan and all for supporting farmers from afar. I received my pastry fairly quick. I also waited patiently almost half an hour for my coffee. I stayed near by waiting to be called but I had to go up and ask if the rest of my order was done. It was sitting behind the counter for half of the time I waited. The only person hustling there was the guy making the espresso. Sadly I can't say I'll be back.

No complaints! The coffee is great and doesn't make me feel sick after drinking it. Respectful patrons. Amazing staff! Wish this place was closer to Metro Phoenix!

The best coffee shop I have been to in Phoenix, and one that would be impressive anywhere.

Had a pour over and one of their fancy signature latte drinks, both were fantastic. Servers were insanely polite.

Went on a day with a pop up from Mas Amable and it was a perfect start to the day. I was dubious when a friend told me to drive a half hour there, but it was well worth the drive.

Let's start with the good. I love this place! My first time here, a friend who attended Grace Bible Church invited me. The reason that's relevant is because Sagebrush is owned by an elder from Grace Bible Church. Ever since that first visit, I was very impressed with Sagebrush. I love the quality of coffee, the innovative care it takes to include background info of the roast of coffee on a nice plaque with a small personal coffee pot, and the wide open and bright atmosphere. I wish I could leave 5 stars regarding everything at this place, and usually I would. But here's where the bad comes into play...

I've ordered food with my coffee most times I've come to Sagebrush. So I've had the cookies from the Dessert Bar before, and they've always been splendid. But today when I ordered a chocolate coconut cookie, it tasted burnt. When I brought it to the barista and told him, he opened a brand new cookie of the same flavor, and said it was fine. What stuck with me is this...if he could easily open a brand new cookie and take a bite of it and throw the rest away, WHY COULDN'T HE JUST GIVE ME A NEW COOKIE?! After he said his reasoning that my cookie should be fine, I joked and said, "ok, I'll consume it." I just wish in that scenario that he would've just let me pick out a new cookie. It isn't a huge deal, but it's big enough that I'm writing this review.
