Great pancakes to go on a Tuesday morning to eat in front of Becker lake where the boat dock is ramp just west of Springerville going West on US Highway 60, 180/191 Main Street S Ville

But getting back to the Sapphire, where the Duke actually ate here a few times, their food is never disappointing. Don’t just eat here because John Wayne did eat here but because you are adventurous like am and so love the north Arizona White Mountains Apache County

The food was very good. The service was not so good. The waiter was busy chatting at a table. He never checked on us after my husband finish his meal he reminded him that I could get a refill but I would be eating alone and he would have to wait. I had the all you can eat soup and salad. I did try to flag him down but he never looked my way. There was only 3 tables. I would eat there again, the resturant is new and I'm sure service will improve

Great comfort food. The service was friendly and fast. The server was very attentive. Enjoyed the lay back feeling of this restaurant. There very proud of the fact that John Wayne ate there. Very enjoyable experience.

This is a fun place. There are not a lot of options in Springerville. This is probably one of the best breakfast spots in town. I had the smothered breakfast Burrito and it was good. The wife got the juevos Rancheros and they were good also had the small stack and the French toast all were good! Nothing was outstanding but all was good. They asked my wife if she wanted flower or corn tortillas and she said flower but it came out with corn. It was smothered in red chilli sauce so it would have had to be remade to fix the issue so we didn't say anything about it. The service was awesome! The only thing she could have done better was to let us know when she brought us the check to take it up to the front desk to pay the bill. We set there waiting for like 30 minutes just waiting for her to take my card. After waiting so long I just walked up to the front and asked if we pay up there? Yep that's how they do it. All in all we had a great breakfast with the family and enjoyed it all. Thanks for being there to help make some memories!!

This is a really lovely place. This was my first time here and the food was great. The place was neat and the staff was really friendly. The staff were courteous to split the Shrimp Plate for me and my wife in separate plates. The San Juan style Taco (fried tacoty with beef patty and veggies inside) was kind of plain without a sauce. Otherwise, the Fish and Chips and the Chicken Fajita were also nice. I felt that the portion had good enough quantity with a reasonable price. Plus, in this current situation, they even check your temperature first (which is good) and maintain social distancing in the dine-in table arrangement.

Overall, I would say it's a must try.

The service was a little slow near the end and my wife's side order was wrong, she ordered beans and got corn instead. Other than those oh, the place was very nice. The food was good and prices were right. Staff was friendly and mostly efficient. Will definitely eat there again!

We both ordered Mushroom Swiss burgers. The burgers were huge & tasted great. I couldn't eat the side of fries, and my wife couldn't finish her burger. The service was friendly & swift. This isn't a tourist trap. This is where the locals go, and the atmosphere is comfy & down-home.

Warning ⚠...This is the second time we have been here the first time was a horrible experience and we got up and left without eating or drinking anything because the servers attitude was really negative, we were waiting for her to take our order and they just kept walking by us without acknowledging us and when we spoke up about that this person was disrespectful to us so we just got up and left. After eating here today and experiencing poor service again I will never in the rest of my life step into this restaurant again. We don't like their attitude at all. I don't understand how they remain open with their employees treating people like they do. Do I have to go fill up my own water cup from the bathroom so I can have something to drink with my meal. I asked her for some more salsa and didn't get it so we had to flag down a different sever to bring me some.
