This is the only grocery store here in Globe. What's nice though is if you're visiting downtown and want a quick bite or to stock on some bulk item food- you have an affordable option here. Also, they do have off-street parking lot which makes shopping convenient.
This Safeway is smaller than other locations I've been at- however it does have all the main necessities such as deli hams, meats, etc.The packaged food I've had here has been pretty fresh. Checkout though can be a bit slow, since I did not see self-checkout and they only had 2 or 3 manned-aisled open. Only other downside was their restroom situation - a bit not so clean, but at least they had one.

The manager was exceptionally helpful! I wanted a digital sale item and could not get the coupon to clip, he spent several minutes figuring out my delimma graciously! It is more by the day to be tested as if I matter. The store was clean, usually is, and most employees friendly and helpful and do NOT stand around talking! My favorite all around store!

Honestly this used to be a good store about 6 years ago but now, The employees suck at their jobs and are nothing but rude!! I’ve been in there a few times the past month and have had nothing but a terrible experience. They should fix how they treat people.

Been visiting this store for the last thirty years. And while it isnt large as some it still has the best meat in town (in my opinion) out of the three big ones here in town with the prices being comparable on everything else to the other two. Plus it tends to be less busy most of the time. Always good to stop by and do some sale shopping.
