I had Thanksgiving dinner here, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much—just something to fill the holiday gap. But wow! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was great. It felt like a home-cooked meal, which was such a pleasant surprise.

We enjoyed it so much that we came back for another dinner! This time, we ordered the Rattlesnake Eggs (both spicy and regular), hot wings, and the John Wayne Burger. Everything was packed with flavor, especially the burger—it was so good that I decided to stick around and wait an hour to try their prime rib. Let me tell you, it was worth every minute!

If you’re in the area, this place is a must-visit. Amazing food, friendly service, and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I sometimes don't have high expectations for a bar and grill but Saddle Bronc is going to be on repeat for our family. Western decor is fun - and, everything is very clean. No dust hanging around the comfortable grill and dining area. Ah yes, the food! Quesadilla made exactly as ordered and the crispy chicken wings were yummy, including the blue cheese dip. IF I had any constructive ideas, I would expand the tap beer a bit and also throw a ton of more celery with the chicken wings. But seriously, we'll be back regardless. Friendly, efficient service also.

Service relatively quick and waitress was really friendly. Great atmosphere, lots of western related pics, old rifles and pistols on the walls. Only thing my chili was not very hot (temperature), and one sent his chili burger back to warm it up.

I'm new in town. Taco Tuesday.
Who needs sides when the fish tacos are filled to the gill with the fish and special slaw. Top with a very tasty baha sauce. Flour tortillas are perfect, not too thick. Draft beer was cold. Food served quickly and hot. Service was grand.
