The most disgusting hotel I have ever experienced in my entire life. The staff lives there!!! They do not care rooms are filthy stains on the floors, walls, holes in the tub, and stained mattresses. We asked for changed of sheets we were told housekeeping isn’t here we have to do it ourselves. They double charged me and refused a refund. Do not waste your time, or sanity attempting a stay here.

The worst hotel experience I've had in the last decade. Grungy, smelled weird, and entirely overpriced for the sad looking furniture & features. The photos look nothing like the reality.
I called the day of to let them know we wouldn't be getting in until after midnight, and it took ~10 minutes for someone to wake up to check us in. There were so many stains on the towels, bedding, & walls. I was legitimately worried about cockroaches & bed bugs.
While this is minor in comparison, there were very few outlets - and none on one side of the bed.
I don't know how I missed all of the other bad reviews, but the entire experience was awful.

This place horrible we booked the room and looked at it didn't like it it was filthy smelled real bad we asked for our money back and never received it so we're going through a lawsuit

Very terrible hotel. Me and my wife had a friend stop by on Thanksgiving to just see us and management came knocked on room to tell us we can't have company if we wanted him to stay for couple hrs we got to pay more money for extra night for 3 people

They don't clean the rooms very well.. no towels or wash rags. The checkout lady I dealt with in the morning gave me a fake $10 bill. When I brought it to her attention she took it back, gave me a real one and put the fake one back in the drawer right on top. I'd be careful going here.

I accidentally booked for the wrong day instead of booking for the next day I accidentally booked for same day if that makes sense it was made at 1:35 in the morning the canceled my reservation that I didn't even know at the time had the wrong date. But the refuse to give me the money back and even give me another room . They are never that busy where the hotel is completely booked. I've called front desk who are very much rude I even showed up to speak in person all the can say is no refunds and I never even got the service . I would avoid this place with wild policy's like that I didn't even see the inside of it all all paid in advance never will do again

We walked into the room, looked around and walked out. The bed looked clean, but everything else was filthy. The bedside lampshades were caked with dust and stained in sections. The room was very stinky. No amenities, not even a bar of soap. There was only wires where the smoke alarm was supposed to be. No way we're we staying in this room!
