It's not the most in shape buildung, rooms are small the place needs a renovation. But they are slowly repairing and fixing up things which means they do have pride in there business which means it will eventually most likely get the rehab and upgrades that it needs. Other resident here are friendly its like there own community of friend's/ family. The lady owner/ manager is a sweet heart with a heart of gold with good energy. There definitely trying to raise the standard of living Conditions .

SO RELIEVED TO LEAVE! Don't stay here for any reason! My family ordered two queen beds for a price gouge of ~$140 then the clerk states it was our fault that we didn't request two queens; though our payment shows for two queens. The door didn't latch, so it had to be bolted to close. The room had a stale odor. There were washing machines in the hallway amongst other trash. The unnecessary DIY speed bump was not to regulation and hit the bottom of our car as we were passing over it. It's located at a very noisy part of town with frequent police and ambulance sirens. After the complaint, the clerk told my husband that he'd only charge $40 instead of the ~$140, instead the clerk lied and only deducted $40. Such shameful business practice and no moral character on part of the clerk and inn.

However, if you're looking for an hourly hotel room, this is certainly the nicest hourly inn you can stay.

I needed a place to go ASAP. Not only did they promise me my room would be livable, it was BED BUG INFESTED. I paid near 400$ To stay there a week and I slept in my car most of the time because the bed bugs were so bad. That was after they just bought me a brand new bed as well. The bathroom in the room I was in was terrible, the tiles were falling off the walls, cockroaches crawling out of the crack, and the water would leak out everywhere! Not to mention the neighbors that would stand outside your window and blare music on a speaker at ungodly hours, or try to chase you into your room. By far the worst place I’ve ever stayed in..

The only reason I'm giving it 1* is to write this review. This has to be the worst place to live ever! The owner could care less if this place is even standing. Absolutely refuses to repair the necessities. Every time a storm hits, the toilet stops up. You can't flush or it will overflow. The sewer backs up into the tub and leaves a yellow ring that can't be scrubbed away. Their idea of "remodeled rooms", is to paint the room and put new tile down on floor. They still have roaches. The manager has no manners and has a hoytie toydie attitude. She hired people who live here to do "repairs", not professionals. The floor had been done hours before we moved in and didn't have time to cure, so our floor is a mess. They can't be trusted to stay out, so we have to have someone here at all times. The people here are pests. Kids hang out in front of our room and constantly stare in even after being asked; on numerous occasions not to. They enter room without knocking or asking permission. Neighbors bang on door instead of a normal knock. Even management does it. When you say something about it, they get angry and cuss you out. I put a sign on door and was told I have to take it down ; after manager banged on door again.
No cooth; no class. Don't waste your money and time on this place. Not worth it at all. I would give it a minus 7 stars if I could.

I don't know what the other review is talking about, but staying at this motel was the worst night I've ever spent in my life, and I've spent two years in Iraq. Drug addicts hanging around outside. Dead bugs everywhere, including under the sheets. No toilet paper. Shower inoperable. Blood stains on the carpet. If you're really desperate to save money, you'd be better off sleeping in your car because any amount of money is too much to stay at this motel.

I didn't even want to give this one star. I don't expect much from a fairly cheap motel but, you know, a rude owner is one of the things I DON'T expect. I don't find the presence of vermin acceptable or expected at all and when I folded down my sheet and found bugs I was done. I left the key in the room and went elsewhere. If you want to stay on the historic Route 66, you're better off LITERALLY sleeping on Route 66 than you are here.

If you are looking for somewhere inexpensive to stay while on a Route 66 tour, this hotel is a good choice. It's not fancy by any means, but it is clean and the staff is really friendly and helpful. It is definitely a "motel," without the luxuries, but you get your $30 worth, which is about what the price is per night.

Room is heated by a small space heater. You must unplug the heater if you want to use the microwave or the fuse blows then you have to go find someone to unlock the door to the fuse box area. Then they have to locate your breaker as they aren't labeled. We lost power 3 times in one day. Wind blows in around all windows, door and the a/c unit. I had to tape towels around them to help hold in the heat.
