I stayed here about 2 years ago while transitioning to another state.I was in nursing school at Pima when my hubby was transferred to Alabama.Not wanting to sign a new lease when I had just a few weeks until graduation, Round up was the answer.This place represents Tucson, Quaint, a little quirky, nice...not perfect but unique.Every staff member and the other tenants were super nice to me. I felt safe staying in my room alone as a female.When my husband was coming to pick me up, I advised the staff of his pending arrival and we had no problems. No one is perfect but they go out of their way to keep the place safe clean and maintained.They are good humans and I am very thankful for them.

I had the pleasure of staying at the sister property, Apache Tears Motel. Super quiet, clean and Adriana the manager is polite and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you!!

So from what I’ve read, these people threaten their patrons with no housing over quarrels with other people? They’ve asked what disability someone has for a service dog, which is against ADA, saying it wasn’t a service dog when in reality it was? They try and try to retaliate? My 19 yr old (barely) sister was staying here, and was short money and asked for another night because her boyfriend was about to get paid and she not only denied, but ridiculed them. Cool? Wanna act that way that’s fine. Lets not forget to mention the pill heads living there purposely neglecting their children on the premise, let’s not forget to mention the bugs, let’s mention how she threatened to sue my sister for “defamation” because my sisters boyfriend left a review she didn’t like, which is retaliation and bullying which is also not lawful. Now, if these grown people can be so disgusting and mean, so be it. I hope anyone who sees this review does not DOES NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE STAY HERE. THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE. If these people would like to talk to the person leaving this review they know who to do. Threatening to kick someone out because they’re gonna take my baby sister to phx so she’s not becoming completely homeless is low. The lowest of the low, probably as bad as the dr^g addicts they have staying there. With UNLICENSED ANIMALS. To the owners and managers, have the day you deserve.

I don't know what situations every one has, but since day 1 of my being at the Round Up has been pleasantly nice. I didn't have any problems with the neighbors, nor had a problem with the location. I thank you for the opportunity you've given me.

Hi, i just wanted to say that my grandma is the owner of this place. She works so hard to keep this place in shape and she works her behind off. So i wanted to say that all of the negativity has to stop! It means so much to her that you guys treat the place the way you would want your place to be treated. I just want to help the bad negativity to stop and add more positivity to The Round-Up. The staff works so hard to assist guests in any way they can and go above and beyond to put a smile on everyones face! They work tiredlessly to make you comfortable so you will enjoy your stay. Have a wonderful day and night... We care about you.

They are rude obnoxious people. They will steall and harass you your entire visit. Like other posts, we had roaches. They claim there was no roaches. They claimed we left it dirty. We cleaned it we never used the bed after they made it. They claimed it was dirty sheets. We went for our deposit return we got nothing because they stole it, they claimed things that were already there were our fault. So my recommendation is to run, stay in your car before you live here.

Refused my handicapped 62 year old mother housing due to her certified and trained service dog. Was letting her think that everything was OK with the rental, then 10 days before moving here from across the country decided that her service dog that is trained to remind her of her medications was not accepted. My mother even tried to compromise by letting a family member care for the dog until she got things situated and then was accused of the dog only being an ESA which documentation clearly showed it was a service dog.
Cont... The owner is such a liar and does not know how to take responsibility. The ID card clearly states "Service Dog", also, breed is not counted for when it comes to a service dog. I will be happy to post to all when we get done in court showing how much the owner is a liar and deceiver.

My fiance and I stayed here for a month... The Roaches were so bad we bought bug spray as well as bombs to set off nothing got rid of them. Management there was rude. We were there to relax and sleep In. But every Monday they came knocking on our door to clean . Which we did our selves but if we didn't allow them in. We chance of loosing our deposit. In which we did. I lost the key to our room . So they said 5.00 fee. Plus deposit. We lost our. Deposit. Cause of. It. We kept the room cleaner and did our own linen and they charge 1.00 for toilet paper. I found the key to the room
And tried it and it still worked. They never changed the lock .. they cheat you out of your deposit. . They are crooks and theives that run and own the place. For a few dollars more I suggest else where. I'll never stay there again..
