As a resident it is difficult. Lived here for 25 years. Space rent is up to $400 no amenities to show for it. Space rent keeps going up. There used to be a pool when I first moved in, they filled it up. The Space rent used to include free basic cable that's gone now as well. Yes it includes water and sewer but the water is on a huge well system that includes the next subdivision and the water pressure is not good 40% of the time and they have to treat it with bleach so we end up having to pay for water service because of my cancer medicine can't have bleach mixed with them. When they treat the water out here you can actually smell the bleach coming out of your faucets. The owner promised new roads out here and lights, yet none of that had happened. Whenever a new owner comes along we get all of these promises of new things and none of it happens the only thing we get is steady Space rent increase. If I could afford to I would move out I would. My medical debt prevents me. My next door neighbor has a wood stove and burns nasty wood that blows directly towards my home and it I'd Juniper wood that I am highly allergic to. Owners won't do anything about it even though she has another place to live off of Keno Worden Road. Her smoke actually can kill me as it flares up my eosinophilic esophagitis. No owner or manager cares. The view here is wonderful and some of the neighbors are really friendly. The golf course is 9 holes and is really beautiful.

Absolutely horrible experience here. We moved out early due to a work relocation and we did not violate any contract agreement we signed before moving in. Fast forward to now, 3 months later, and we still can’t get our safety deposit back. Now, whenever we call the park to discuss this issue, no one even answers anymore. We’ve left countless messages and call-back numbers, but no one does their job. On top of this, we felt very unsafe living here. We walked outside the very first night after moving in, and someone was standing in OUR driveway and seemed to be staring through a window. They ran off soon as the door opened so we could not identify who it was. Overall, this was a horrible park to stay in. Do NOT stay here if you can help it. This place is the cheapest RV Park in Klamath for a reason. It’s NOT worth it.

I have lived here for several years. We have new owners in the last year or so who claimed they would fix the place up... So well see. Only change I've seen is the rent going up and trailers/manufacturered homes in all the empty spots. We had tons of snow this year, and the snow management was atrocious both in the park and the treacherous county maintained road to get out here. I would try for a place in town, if you don't have a lifted 4 wheel drive.

We stayed here for a few months over the winter. We were in a fifth wheel & it's not really set up for those, but they do their best & it worked out. From the sounds of it, it's the nicest place in K Falls besides the KOA (but they don't do monthly rates). It was very reasonably priced, the perfect distance from town, and an overall good experience. The neighbors all kept to themselves, but they weren't unfriendly by any means. The only thing we had issues with was that the internet & power had to be hooked up as if we were in a mobile residence (which we've never ran into before) and the snow plow kept blocking us in. In his defense though, he saw me shoveling & came over to use the big rig to get rid of the rest of the snow in the driveway for me. The staff was hard to get a hold of &, never in the office, but there was NF land directly behind the park & we had a blast exploring up there. Tons & tons of deer, lots of tracks for other game throughout the area. Not sure anyone still golfs that course (maybe in the summer) but we had an overall good experience. We'd stay here again if we came back to town.

Not pleased with this place ya good area but not good management, they don’t keep their word on ANYTHING! Maintenance doesn’t do their job, I lived there for a year and had to physically walk my sewage line to dump, they said they would fix it in two weeks of ya living there that didn’t happen, they don’t specify where to park when you move in then give you a written warning, we signed a contract saying we would get our deposit back after our departure and needless to say after many phone calls, and waiting it’s been a month and I still have not gotten it. Now I’m in a different state and have to call, just to get told “I’ll take care of it tomorrow”. Not sure what to do other then get a lawyer at this point.! Not safe roads in the winter either so be careful. I give them a -5 ⭐️ for all we had to put up with. And still having to put up with.

Soon to reopen, short drive off Hwy.66. Beautiful location on golf course. Watch for great people and karaoke. Grand reopening under new management September 18th. Karaoke Friday and Saturday 7 to 10.

I love this place. I move here with my wife and I and our furbabies. Wont ever move out of here. The only thing I wish they be back is the restaurant. Now the Neighbors you have your sweet ones and your nice ones and then you have you rude one and crybabies one bu that ever where now and days. But we keep to our selfs and everything is good this way we dont have to deal with the mean and rude ones. We say hi to the one who say hi to us we wave to the one wave to us but all and all best place to live.

Spent the mornings Golfing and the afternoons at the fun on site Bar and Grill. The people were all so helpfull and friendly. It was just outside of Klamath Falls but was total country. The stars at night were big and bright and unlike many of the camp grounds we have stopped at nights were nice and peaceful. Give it a try,I think you will be happy you did.
