Rose Hill Bed and Breakfast sits high on a hill overlooking a green valley, directly across from the castle-like winery of King's Estate. We were welcomed by our host Nancy Rodriguez with a glass of a local chardonnay and tasty canapés. We stayed in the Grace Suite, a large room with a king size comfy bed, a private bathroom with spa tub, shower, and full amenities. We opted for the dinner add-on that first night which was perfectly braised pork on a bed of risotto. She paired the meal with a glass of Sylvan Ridge red, which we loved and was glad to hear their tasting room was only a short 15 mins. away. You will enjoy your stay here, the breakfasts are carefully created, the views are lovely and the home is open and furnishings are comfortable and contemporary.

Our two night stay at Rose Hill was even better than our already high expectations. The setting on a high hill overlooking a 1300 acre undeveloped tract and across the road to a beautiful vineyard was awe inspiring. A full moon didn’t hurt. Our host Nancy was knowledgeable about local wineries and her recommendations were spot on. We opted for an evening dinner and her culinary experience produced an exceptional dinner with a great local wine pairing. The meal was truly outstanding as were her breakfasts. What a great experience! Although we are coming from Ohio I hope we can do it again.

Rose Hill exceeded our already high expectations. Situated on a high hill on 1300 acres of undeveloped land it looks across the valley at a huge picturesque vineyard. We took advantage of the gorgeous terrace sipping wine and enjoying the view. Rose Hill is in the middle of wine country and our host Nancy provided great recommendations for tastings. In addition Nancy is an accomplished chef and in addition to spectacular breakfasts we took advantage of a wine dinner which would compete with the fare at any high end restaurant. Can’t recommend this b and b any more highly.

Booked all 3 rooms for our family to attend our son's graduation in Eugene. It was a beautiful 30 min drive away from campus & directly across for King's Estate Winery & Alesong Brewery. Accommodations were perfect-comfortable beds, luxury linen/towels, beautiful view. Plenty of hot water, relaxing hot tub. Nancy was the perfect host-so friendly and accommodating. Delicious variety of daily breakfasts. She prepared an amazing private dinner for our family including local wines. Can't say enough great things about our stay. Would definitely go back!

Comfortable bed and breakfast at the top of a hill, the hostess is gracious and a wonderful chef. Views are amazing and two wineries are within 15 mins drive.

Beautiful view and amazing service from the hostess. Close enough to Eugene. Right across the road from the King Estate Winery. The Host served amazing breakfast each morning. Room was beautiful and very spacious. It was a bit warm in the room, however, so would probably actually give the room a 4.5. Road leading up to B&B is gravel and gets quite steep so could be an issue for lower riding cars (it was fine for our Ford Escape). Would definitely recommend visiting Rose Hill!

We had a wonderful stay at rose hill b&b! Nancy was an excellent host she gave us great recommendations for around the area and was so kind and helpful the entire time. We loved the view and amenities and the room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Would 1000% recommend and come back again next time we are in the area.

I spent a fantastic birthday weekend at Rose Hill Bed & Breakfast. Our weekend included dinner and a play in Eugene (30minutes) and then the snow started coming down. We woke to a winter wonderland and a delicious breakfasts created by our lovely hostess and chef Nancy. This B&B is a lovely place to relax at and to adventure from into Willamette Valley's wine snd brewery destinations. The rooms are lovely and the details in nice bath soaps, lotions, and the plush towels were a really nice touch of elegance. Thank you Nancy!
