My husband and I have enjoyed being full time residents of Roosevelt Ranch for the past two years. It is a beautiful quiet park with a variety of activities offered monthly,. The pool is heated so swimming is available most months of the year. The location is outstanding for our favorite outdoor activities like riding and hiking trails, kayaking or fishing at the lake. The staff is wonderful. Always friendly and helpful! We have made a lot of great friends in this little community.

This park compared to the one we were in in Peoria is night & day & for the better. It is so peaceful & the wildlife is great. We live to just sit & enjoy the nature. They have a pool that is great in the summer. The community events are wonderful. Taco Tuesday was a blast & allowed us to socialize with others in the park. I would definitely recommend this park to anyone needing a nice quiet get away or just an every day retreat from your busy life for sure.

We have owned a home in this park for 2 years. We have seen so many improvements to the park during that time. Before the current owners bought this park it was in a major disrepair. The new owners and managers had a vision and saw past what it was to what it could be and they've accomplished that vision. The clubhouse has great laundry services, a space for get togethers, books, movies, and games to borrow, and a lovely pool area. The trees and plants throughout the park add to the beauty of the park. They are still improving the park by demolishing older trailers and replacing them with new ones. The managers are strict and have rules and we appreciate that because we want to live in a safe park. We are grateful to have found this affordable park.

we stayed for 3 nights this fall and enjoyed our stay in the RV park. It was clean and had a nice pool area, clubhouse and laundry facilities. Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. perhaps the only downside was that it was a bit of drive to get to town for supplies, but on the plus side very quiet!

I have been living here at Roosevelt Ranch for over twelve years. When I first moved here, it was a nice park but over the years it went down big time. The manager was rude and mean. The people working in the office would get fired left and right, mostly accusing them of stealing money or fraud. After my husband died in 2016 it got a lot worse. I didn’t feel safe. Homes were being robbed and there was a lot of drug trafficking going on. I was teaching full time at the time so I stayed. When I retired I was considering selling and moving. I would pray that someone would buy this park and fix it up. Well, my prayers were answered. It’s like night and day now. The roads are fixed, They got rid of the run down mobile homes and put in new ones. The maintenance crew has done a beautiful job of sprucing up the park. It is a beautiful little park with amazing mountain views and sunsets. Thank you Juanita, Jim, and Rose for all you do and continue to do to make this a wonderful place to live.
I now feel like I belong to a community. I have met many of my neighbors at the events that are planned like pot lucks, taco Tuesday, BBQ’s, Paint and Sip parties, and many more. The thing I am most thankful for is feeling safe in my own community!!!

We were traveling in our RV and came to Roosevelt Ranch for the winter. We felt so at home and comfortable here that we decided to buy a Mobile Home here and stayed. I love this place! Quiet, paved roads to take daily walks, big shade trees, grass, laundry, workout room, dog area, pool and everything is handy! Great people and a quiet, clean, atmosphere. Highly recommend. The Managers and employees are top notch!!

We stayed at Roosevelt Ranch for about 6 weeks (Sept/Oct) this year and were extremely pleased with the location (super quiet and yet close to town), facilities and grounds (clean and well maintained) and staff (friendly, helpful and accommodating).

After 3+ years of full-time RV'ing across the US and Mexico, we really appreciated everything about this park. It was the ideal place for us to spend a few weeks to avoid Phoenix heat!
