Great detour for lunch on the way to the Cape San Blas. The food truck is located just off the downtown square, plenty of room to park out RV. It has a covered patio with tables but was too hot to sit there and eat. We had the pulled pork sandwich with a couple of the sides. Pulled pork was tender, moist and had a delicious tomato based BBQ sauce! Potato salad was a true southern dish, sweet pickles and mayonnaise! Cole slaw was sweet and light on mayonnaise, very tasty! Service was fast! Highly recommend

So in town for work for a first time ever and per my usual bbq is my go to… I glanced a few reviews, but figured I’d give em a shot… customer svc definitely lacking southern smile or greeting at all… but ive come to realize in most these small towns this kinda come with the younger generation working in family owned business, so can’t really slight the business… I did make the young lady laugh tho, when i asked if the mac’n’cheese was “black folk baked”… for a change it was, so kudos on that… everything thing was fresh and hot… the baked beans well made and tasty… the white bread that fa sho colonial soft… the mac’n’cheese hit, but i would’ve like some top or corner… but it did hit like we do… NOW TO THE Q… definitely old school smoked… fa sho flavor and smoke ring on the dark meat chicken… so I appreciate the late lunch… definitely suggest to those searching for home cooked not fried, dyed, and laid to the side…RESPECK FAM

Fried fish was great, sandwich was just fish on 2 pieces of white bread- could have used some lettuce, tomato, and mayo or something. Bbq pork sandwich was very good- sauce premixed. Road side patio/picnic table seating. Definately recommend trying this place out if google routed you thru this little town.

I usually eat at least once a month when this truck is in Albany, Georgia on Tuesdays. The food is usually good/ except one time where I was given two ribs that was nothing but fat and had to throw them away. But, I would eat more but just do not like being greeted with a face of a person that appears she does not want to be there. This person is a young lady that does not greet you with a smile and is very short when you ask a question. This is my main reason was given a 3 for poor customer services. Finally, the caramel cake is good when they have it, but one time is $4.00 and another it is $4.50. Please post the price of cake along with your other prices on the outside board, because the price should not changing weekly.
