I understand being short staffed.. but 40 minutes for a tea and a bowl… hard pass. I tried to give this place a try again after placing an order in the past that was canceled after 15 minutes of me placing it. Todays adventure had me waiting and watching my order be put on hold behind the one the placed after mine. Either the current t person working needs help OR they need to reconsider the operation. Don’t think I will be back sadly. Food is good but when your on a time frame avoid at all cost. I tried to give grace and understanding being someone who worked in the food industry but this is not acceptable.

I'd never had rolled icecream until I went to Rollie's, but had seen videos of the rolled icecream online. This store is very cute with an easily accessible menu. The rolled ice cream itself is very soft and sweet with cute decorations. The staff were polite and professional as well. I'm giving a 4 star rating instead of 5, because I had ordered the mi-matcha rolled icecream and they didn't have that flavor prepared. So, by the time I received my ice cream the group I came with had already eaten theirs. The toppings on my ice cream also didn't look like the image they had on their wall, even though I saw they had the correct toppings available. When I mentioned it to the girl making my ice cream she said they were correct, but I could see the depiction of it on their wall was different. They had put the chocolate pocky sticks on it instead of the matcha flavor. Toppings aside, this place is awesome and I still highly recommend people to come in and try it!

Nice quaint coffee shop vibe. Not enough seating or staff that work there to keep up with the number of orders coming in. Waited about 35 minutes to get my ice cream. Ice cream was good but not great. The flavors are very subtle, not bold. For the experience, I'm not sure it was worth the wait. Might try a boba tea next time instead. A solid 3 stars.

Our family (especially the kids) was excited to watch their ice cream being made. Very cute concept! And it was fun to watch the process. The workers put on a show with drawing pictures in the drizzle. However, the ice cream fell short of our expectations. The berry flavors were good, but the cream and coco flavors were bland and had an unexpected, odd texture. We will return, but only to get varieties with a strawberry (or other berry) base.

Great ice cream and a cool (pun intended) expirience to watch it be made. Creative flavors and a modern styled area to socialize while you eat or wait on your order. Do yourself a favor and roll on over to Rollies!

Loved it. We've never tried rolled ice cream and it was delicious. The fresh fruit toppings really add to the flavor. It's a bit pricey though, at $7.00 for a cup of ice cream.

Had to stop in to try their lovely Drinks, and while the rest of my group tried their tasty Boba drinks , I tried a combination of their Mango Lemonade with their Butterfly Tea an absolute delight.

Got to speak with the owner. She was a lovely lady, with great customer service and a delightful personality!

Will definitely go back on my next Ohio visit to Marysville!!
