Delightful room in an older but exceptionally well maintained motel. Clean room, definitely passed the bare foot test, with cold fridge ready to store goodies. Nice towels and linens. Fairly quiet air conditioner. Minimal breakfast but then you're not paying for a great breakfast. Wonderful value. Would love to stay again !

My dad and I checked in under pretty stressful circumstances, having lost a wallet and money at a gas station hours previously (thankfully someone found it and returned it to us.) The staff were extremely sympathetic and offered us flashlights when we went back to look for it, as well as white towels to wear so that we'd be visible in the dark.

Room was quite nice, beds very comfortable. It's a shame we weren't able to stay longer or appreciate the place more under the circumstances, but if we were ever in the area again we'd definitely make another stay.

We stayed here for the Vacation Races Lake Powell Half Marathon. The rooms are nice, nothing fancy. A huge plus was that no bright lights were shining in the window or under the door, which in my opinion can make any hotel horrible. There was a great view behind the hotel. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Overall it was a good stay. I didn’t get any troubles during the two nights here.

However, the furniture in my room do look very old, the floor wasn’t super clean, and I was indeed able to listen to TV news coming from next door. Unfortunately this was the best deal i could find around this area. Will probably book again if I visit Page again in future…

Quiet, comfortable, clean, friendly, unique western decor, need I go on? If you're looking for the Four Seasons or Hilton, this is not it. But during a 2 week road trip, I got my best night's sleep here at a very reasonable price. Plan your meals for Page (20 minutes east) or Kanab (40 minutes west).

Everything was good and the price was great but this motel should not advertise that it has a "breakfast". There was only coffee, apples, and applesauce. Also, room was very small with the bed taking up most of the room. Only fridge included, no microwave (although there is a common use one in lobby).

Nice older motel, room small but clean. (no microwave) Staff friendly. Great view. Kind of middle of nowhere, but that was a plus for me. Would stay here again.

Comfortable bed, AC unit drowns outside noise nicely. Room was clean and included a fridge. Microwave located in public area near front desk. Nice hotel with western themed rooms that is somewhat remote as it is located between Page, AZ and Big Water, UT.
