2nd Review - My first review(below) painted this place in a great light. This Review, my 2nd visit, will tell a darker, and unkind opinion of the motel...

With my 2nd trip I get booked into room #110. After checking in with the ice machine girl from my 2st visit, I go to my room. I go get ice and like last time... no ice. So the front desk girl does her magic to make it work.

I later visit the front desk because the cable does not work in my room. She asks " room 110?" I say yes. She said it's a known problem. She comes to my room to reset everything. She followed safety protocols because I was traveling alone. So my cable now works. I notice the wood flooring buckling and becoming a trip hazard. This kills my opinion of them.

During checkout, I tell that girl about my experience. She too knew about the floor and cable box, as well as the issue with the ice machine. Both women were nice. The hotel was mostly empty and yet I was placed in hopefully the worst room they have. Why? I am asking management to comp my room due to having an experience they knew about, and still subjected me to. Why is it up to me to ask for a new room when the hotel put me in a room they knew was sub-par? I also learned that during the summer this place books at 100% capacity. That means some sorry soul will be booked in that same shitty room I was!!:(

You would think the "hospitality" industry would be all about hospitality and the guest doesn't have to manage their experience!! My photos illustrate what you can look forward to when they book you into this room.

1st Review - My review and rating is based on the motel that it is, a simpler place to stay with rooms that exit to the outside.

The room was clean. It's been remodeled and no more carpet. It had that new, trendy, wood floor look. The showers were hot, and plenty of cable TV to surf through.

The continental breakfast was plentiful. In addition to cupcakes, bagels, English muffins, and burritos, they offer hot and cold cereal and a Belgium waffle maker with a dispenser for premixed pancake mix. Milk, juice, and coffee is available.

The staff are 5 Star!!! Cheryl checked us in. She was super sweet and friendly. Ironically, she too is from the valley and used to live a few miles from where I live. What are the odds:) Saturday night I discovered the ice machine not working. I went to the front desk and the young girl working, went and reset the machine like a pro! Sadly, I never got her name, but I give a shout out to the girl who identified herself as being "5ft 2in." tall. This morning I called over there asking if they found my lost glove. Sure enough J.R. found it in the parking lot prior to my call. He promised to set it aside for next time I'm in Snowflake.

I share these stories to highlight a simple fact... the people make the experience, and the staff are 5 Star!!! ..The room did its job, no complaints. I will certainly stay here next time I'm in Snowflake!!

Positive: Nothing! Negative: The fact that we have stayed there several times before and they were not accommodating for our sick child. I have got sick there due to poor cleanliness in the past and did not report it in previous survey's. People should know about the poor quality!

Very nice place....the lady at the front deck was a sweetheart she even baked fresh cookies for customers checking in...the room was large the bed was comfortable...definitely would stay there again

Out here for work, asked if there’s a discount for 4 night reservation i was told its the same price as paying per night. They gave me a room and next morning when i let them know i would be staying they had me move all my stuff to a second floor room. Was late for work, let them know i was unhappy about the situation. A young ladys comment was “if you dont like it you can leave”
Perfect place for the price. Staff is just rude and very bad organized 👎👎👎

Positive: They had a good breakfast option. And the staff was very polite and courteous. Negative: The bed needs to be moved out and cleaned behind.

We stayed one night to visit friends in Snowflake. We brought our two dogs and toddler. I appreciated the staff at check in. They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We stayed in a room on the ground floor with a king and hide-a-bed. The room size was perfect for our crew. There was an in room coffee maker, fridge and microwave and very comfortable bathroom layout with the sink outside of the tub/toilet room. We felt safe and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was simple, easy to access and perfect for grabbing a quick bite for the fam as we went to start our day. Thank you to the staff for being so friendly.

We were charged 25.00 each for our dogs,we came in at dark,they wanted us out at 10.00 and called. I'm not going back

We stayed at this hotel while visiting family in Snowflake and Taylor. There was a bit of a wait to check in, but our room was very nice. It was clean, smelled good, nice and cool, and newly remodeled with hard floors. In our previous stay just a month earlier the room had not had hardwood floors so we felt lucky to get one of the newly remodeled rooms.
The walls were very thin and the hotel is pert friendly. We could hear loud barking from dogs in the next room until late at night which kept our kids awake until well past their bedtime. We were then awoken at 5:00 in the morning by a loud conversation between two truckers right outside our door.
The continental breakfast was good, better than we expected. And we enjuyes eating some fruit, cereal, and breakfast burritos which were only a part of the available selection.
