This hotel really is a pretty good little hotel and a very nice place to stay there's a few things that could be upgraded like the carpet but other than that they're clean no odors very friendly people great check in good little breakfast in the morning all in all it's a nice little place to stay and very affordable.

Every room is on the ground floor so you don't have loud neighbors above you The freeway is far enough away that you don't hear it. I think I paid 80 bucks for the room with two beds, you can't beat it for the price

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place has bedbugs and the customer service is awful. I showed them videos and pictures of the bugs and they ensured me they would refund my money. They never issued a refund and after weeks of calls/non returned emails I had to dispute the credit card charge, and eventually I got my money back (from Visa, not the hotel). This place deserves zero stars.

Great clean rooms, easy parking, close on n off interstate, food near by and the price ice perfect for everyone. Definitely going back.

It fills that need! Doesn't really satisfy if you're picky, but when you just need a night sleep and you're on the road. Don't look too close at the details but just enjoy the large fridge, the microwave, in room coffee maker, the really nice TV/DirecTV, the shower worked, the faucet worked and we got a good night's sleep!
I think they're really trying here, there are things that are getting updated and upgraded, it takes time and it takes money and this was an older hotel that got pretty run-down. Got the job done thank you!

Positive: It was right off the freeway Negative: The room was FILTHY! I never give bad reviews, but this was the dirtiest place I?ve ever stayed. Sticky, stained carpet, dead bugs, dirt and hair in every corner. Even the ice bucket had dog hair. BYO bedding!

The stay would have been pleasant if the employees handling money knew what they were doing. Had a stay booked through a 3rd party for 2 nights. Upon arrival it was decided that a 3rd night was needed. They were unable to add a 3rd night to the reservation because it was booked through a 3rd party. No problem, I gave them my card to charge for the extra night. Instead, for reasons unknown, the woman charged my card for 3 nights. On top of that, she was unable to perform refunds so I had to wait for her to contact her manager. Once we got that sorted, the manager told me to come into the office at the end of my original reservation to extend my stay and pay for the additional night. The morning of the end of my original reservation I went into the office to pay for the other night. The woman ran my card, the machine said approved, and she told me that it didn't go through so she had to run it again. I informed her that the machine said "approved" both times and she assured me it didn't charge me twice. I finished my stay and got back on the road. When I checked my account, lo and behold, I had 2 charges pending in my account. I called and spoke to the manager where she informed me that they take payments through a 3rd party who will double charge you to make sure that you have money in your account, but the second charge will drop off. It did not. I've called several times and the manager tells me the same thing every time, on their end there is only one charge so there's nothing they can do. After a few calls, she said she would have the owner call. That never happened. So I'm left with a double charge on my account. These employees clearly need more training before they are allowed to handle other people's money. The customer service has been a nightmare and the owner has shown a complete lack of care. What a stressful situation. Would not trust these people again.
