If I could give this place more stars I would! This is the second time coming down for a family reunion and once again wasn’t disappointed! They staff is beyond amazing very helpful and is very willing to jump in and help! But my most thankful thing I came out of this trip is my 10 year old son couldn’t find his life jacket as we were leaving that he saved up and bought himself so he could ride on the boat and be safe I just simply asked the front desk if it happened to be turned in and it hadn’t but the day after getting home I got a phone call asking if they could send me pictures to see if this was my sons life jacket and it was ! They are now sending my son his life jacket. Never have I stayed at a place that will go out of their way to see a lost item make it back to the owner!! I am truly thankful and can’t wait to come back down for our next family reunion and forever will give rocking chair my business every time I go to Arkansas

The staff was all friendly and helpful. We felt right at home. They have a real nice pool and a slide. The game room was fun and had an air hockey table, ping pong table and pool table in it plus other items to play with. My grandkids had a real good time. We plan on going back next summer.

We had a great weekend for our son’s birthday! Rocking chair staff was very nice and accommodating! Pool and game room were a hit with the kids! They loved the movie room!

The people are awesome. The room cleanliness was so so. The bed for me was very hard. The bathroom was underwhelming because the water pressure lacked and the toilet was almost inoperative. The chair and couch was ok. Not great. Parking and location was great. We stayed in a remote rental. Maybe the cabins closer to the office are nicer. The price was OK. It all looked good. With a little TLC this could be a top resort rental. The price was fair. Enjoy.

Absolutely Best Place on Norfolk Lake. This family owned and operated hideaway has a cozy camping feel if you want with their cabins. Condos for comfort and housing for families all near or on the lake. Great views. Excellent Pool and is highly recommended. Personally, the last 7 years in June for 2 weeks . Several families have gone for decades.

This place is great! Our family had five cabins rented for a week and we couldn’t have been happier! The area is very pretty, it’s about 1/4 mile walk down a hill to the water, and there’s plenty to do here. The swimming pool with the slide was great, we all enjoyed the game room with ping pong, pool, and air hockey - and everything was clean and in good working order, which is something you don’t always find at resorts. The staff was incredibly friendly and personable, and they were very accommodating to any requests we made, including extra leashes for our dog to tie around a tree so she could hang out outside with us. We all enjoyed dinners outside together around the fire pits, and there were just enough trees to provide ample shade. Thankfully the air conditioning worked well in each cabin, as it was hot, and the appliances, although old, all worked just fine. We all really had a good time here and made some good memories!

8th trip and of course another perfect weekend getaway with old friends and new, breathtaking views & gut wrenching laughs. But please remember the waterslide needs the water turned on before you try to slide down….sorry Angie, I know that hurt your bum 😉
