My husband, 2 kids and I haved lived at this park for 2 years (tiny home living to save money!) Most of the people staying there are living there long term, and are friendly and helpful! We loved living here, management was great, and the park was kept clean. Only about a block from the beach, which was AWESOME! My kids and I would walk to the beach and go downtown almost every day, which makes it a great spot to vacation as well. The price is also the best around!

To Whom it may concern:

I am writing to let you know how much I love living here and being a part of the community. I moved here August 3, 2017 having lived previously in my RV at the Grand Ronde RV park for 4 +/- years. In the last year, I've come to like the various tenants and manager. Everyone has been very welcoming and open since my arrival.

This community has enabled me to come "out of my shell" in regards to my anxiety. I'm very content and have a sense of safety knowing the people in this park look out for one another. Since moving here I've made many friends and have even started volunteering outside of my RV. That alone has my family cheering for me.

I find that the management has been very helpful when I've needed assistance or had questions. It's nice for me to see that management cares about our RV community as a whole. They've handled problem RV tenants quickly and efficiently without too much upset to all around.

In the end, I just wanted to be sure that everyone who manages, supports and owns this RV park, that I've very happy and grateful to be living here. I plan to stay as long as you'll have me for the years to come.

We've been here for a little over a year and a half the manager is awesome friendly and helpful. All the people that are here are very nice and help when they can. Always a friendly smile and a wave I would highly recommend this place for a short-term or long-term we only stay here on the weekends for right now but hope to be staying here a lot more often in the near future very affordable for being a block off the beach compared to other RV parks that we have looked at. Has a shower laundry and restroom facilities that's kept clean and usable and secure.

We enjoyed the convenience of a two block walk to town and the beach as we spent most of our time with our kids staying in a hotel close by. The park is older and is a locals park, but the park manager Mike was friendly, helpful and was the reason we chose to stay. This is not a kid friendly park and some of the stationary trailers could use some TLC, but if you’re looking for an affordable, no frills place to park for a night or two, this may be an option for you.

Rockaway is a great location to go to when avoiding the traffic you'd find in Seaside or Cannon Beach. This Memorial Day weekend we were able to reserve an open space and drive there and back with no traffic to speak of since most from PDX hit Seaside and Cannon Beach instead via HWY 26 vs. driving out to Tillamook intead. That said this park is simply an all gravel place to park with 30A power, water, and sewer hookups. Not well maintained and, as others have pointed out on other review sites, many of the rigs parked here will never move again unless towed. It's quiet, but is one step above a remote parking lot. It is within a couple of blocks of both the beach and downtown Rockaway. With a little labor on upkeep and maintenance and some small amounts of $ put into the non full-time stalls it could easily have gotten a better rating.||||One thing to note: The office is the manager's home -- please don't simply open the office door like I did. Ring the bell or knock on the door and wait. The manager was very nice and polite even after my unexpected intrusion right into his living room.

We have stayed at this park every year ( in June or July) for the last 4 years, granted it's not the first place you would choose but my wife and I have never had any problems or concerns for our safety.
The location is the draw, 7 miles of beaches as clean and natural as you'll find on the Oregon coast.
With respect to the condition of the RV Park. I have witnessed over the last three manager a greater desire to upgrade the park.
As everyone knows public opinion determines success or failure. As long as they are improving I will continue to enjoy our month long stay while I visit the beautiful Oregon Coast.

The owner was pleasant and courteous. My husband passed away of a heart attack enroute to Oregon . My RV obtained front end damage . I plan on getting it fixed, but didn't have time. The owner was very sympathetic to my situation. I thank him from the bottom of my heart. He was very approachable and friendly at all times. Yes it is a permanent and short term RV park, but a lot of people like camping long term. I recommend this park.

Didn't know what to expect. It's a combination of trailer & RV park. But Jan was was friendly, helpful, made our stay as comfortable as possible. Don't have fire pits, but she will bring a portable fire pit if you want to sit around and have a fire. Just a little walk to the beach; grocery store within walking distance. Washroom was kept clean, laundry room didn't stay long enough to use it. WIFI didn't work well for us, kept cutting off. Other than that was comfortable stay.
