I came to Robeks a couple of weeks ago to try the their Acai bowl and was disappointed that the Acai was kind of bland…never the less, i was really hungry yesterday evening (1/31/2025) and since Robeks is only a two minute drive from home, I decided to go and give the Acai bowl another try… To my disappointment, I arrived 30 minutes prior to closing time and they had already locked the doors. As someone who has worked in The food service industry for 5+ Years, this is 100% unacceptable. The closing time listed online and on the doors should represent when the restaurant will take their very last customer; cleaning, storing, and closing should not begin until AFTER the advertised closing time. This is so unprofessional, and I will be sure to write to corporate regarding this issue.

Here's why I'm mad. My wife is sick after barely drinking a smoothie from Robeks in Goodyear. She said it taste like dish soap and now she's laying in bed. I will spread the news that this location isn't safe!

Stopped by because I was craving a healthy smoothie. I ended up getting the Mango Tumeric Madness with an added energy shot. For my kids I got the Queen of all Greens with added immunity. My kids loved it and I love that they were able to get some veggie servings in. I spent $25 on 3 small smoothies so about as expensive as any other smoothie/drink spots.

As a regular customer who frequents the store, I consistently enjoy the top-notch quality of Robeks' drinks. The entire team is exceptional, with employees like Savanah and Emmett ALWAYS offering outstanding customer service. This has become a consistent highlight of my visits, making each experience delightful. Robeks has truly created a winning combination of premium beverages and outstanding service.

I have to edit my previous 5 star review, as their service and quality has gone way down (see photos of 2 different avocado toasts that they gave us, both photos taken within 5 minutes of receiving them). Orders are frequently wrong (including leaving out items that we paid extra for), there’s no acknowledgement/attempt to make it right, and the service is really lacking. Staff will pretend not to see you when you arrive for an online order. Overall I’m disappointed, as we used to come here all the time. We will be finding somewhere else to regularly order from!

We tried both avocado toasts and they used a Ton of fresh avocado. Both versions are good depending on what topping you like. Smoothies were average.

Super busy. The wait was extra long. My drink was good and since it was hot, it was worth it.

I would recommend they hire more staff, especially during the lunch rush.
