This place is definitely a roach motel they literally clean 2 rooms a day leave dirty as sheets n rent out filthy rooms if U check out n come check in again they give U the same room not even cleaned n at full price not even a discount info would no recommend

The operators of this place do not clean bedding and towels well and are not the friendliest folks in town. I found the rooms dirty and bedding/towels. Their hallways shine as this has got to be where the expend all their cleaning to. The roachs there have a high number in various rooms and people tend to get quite loud there, including the staff.

Stay here only if you're looking to save some money. The staff was very courteous but perhaps a little shorthanded? Hallways weren't fully clean and there were plumbing issues in my bathroom. Basically the shower water was either ice cold or boiling hot, no in-between. The room was clean and my bed was comfy, though.

This place offers excellent housekeeping. The Rosedale Inn recommended me to come here, and I'm glad I did. Some family looks for pools, while others look for who is there. So that means that the questions pertaining to how many family members go there, are a result of family wanting each other. Sometimes you may not get the same (opinion) from someone else about pools though. It appears that size really does matter for pools, at the very, very least.

We have been here for a month and I have no complaints. The people that run it are very nice and accommodating, they had Thanksgiving dinner for us, now I ask you who does that and the answer is no one. Thank you for caring and thank you for the wonderful dinner and your thoughtfulness.

This was the worst place I’ve ever been to. Was denied a room for no real reason. I work for a nonprofit organization that helps the homeless get housed. I tried to get this person a room for a few weeks, but as soon as we walked into the office the owner denied my client a room because “another resident told him he’d seen my client frequent the neighborhood”. This was a blatant lie as the person I was trying to help wasn’t from Bakersfield and just needed somewhere safe and clean to sleep for a while. The person I tried to assist was clean, had money and was respectful. This was clearly discrimination. I have never experienced such poor service in my life. Don’t waste your time. Go elsewhere. Trust me you will find anything better than this dump ran by someone so heartless.

Great prices and accommodating to.most situations. I feel safe here and it's pretty quiet most of the time. At night you will hear sirens from emergency vehicles multiple times throughout.

This place has definitely seen better days. It's been owned by the same family for as long as I have been able to drive... Lights with no bulbs, knobs in shower falling off. If you have any other choice, I'd go with that first. Just sayn.
