I attended a recent event and let me tell you the food was excellent. I highly recommend this business for your catering needs. The staff was so professional and courteous . I had to find out the name of the company and I was told Riverside Catering. I rate the service a 10 if possible.

Riverside catering is the way to go! We hired them for our wedding and were so glad we did because the food was delicious!! From our first meeting to the wedding day, Cindy was very helpful and super accommodating! I had one family member who had a large amount of food allergies and Cindy was able to accommodate without hesitation! Our guests haven’t stopped talking about how good the food was and my parents continued to eat the leftovers for days after our wedding because of how good it was! They make sure to set aside the bride and groom a to-go plate to take home after the wedding which was the BEST because we were starving when we got to our air bnb and devoured the delicious to go plates they gave us! I couldn’t recommend them enough!! They’re great! 🙂

We were so impressed by the food at the wedding - several guests came up specifically and commented on how good the food was - one even said it was the best wedding food she had ever had! Others told us they thought the buffet line was very efficient. Cindy was great to work with and so patient with my multiple questions and concerns.

We hired Riverside Catering for our business' grand opening celebration and we couldn't possibly have made a better choice than hiring Cindy and her crew. They showed up on time, immediately got set up and we had the most beautiful and delicious hors d'oeuvres for our 150 guests. They kept food stations full and served our guests with a smile. When the event ended, they packed up and cleaned up after themselves very quickly, making for a much easier ending to a long night for us. Cindy was a pleasure to work with in planning this event, she was willing to accommodate all of our requests and make sure our event was exactly as we had hoped. We will be calling her again for future events and will highly recommend her to anyone who asks!

We hired Riverside Catering for a private event for lunch. Cindy was accommodating on offering different options (to just drop off food and we serve vs full service). We ended up going full service. The prices were very reasonable and Cindy was very communicative and on time. I always worry whether chicken will be dry when having an event catered but it was so flavorful and moist. I had multiple attendees come tell me how delicious the lunch was. I would definitely use Riverside Catering gain in the future.

Cindy and her team did a wonderful job with our wedding! When looking for a caterer, we had a hard time finding a caterer in or around Fredericksburg with availability, reasonable prices, and that was easy to work with. Cindy and her team at Riverside were incredibly responsive and easy to work with. I sent over the ideas I liked on her website, and she helped me build a fun menu in a few emails back and forth. (Please note: we had fancier food choices and it was all excellent!) She was very helpful when the final numbers came in and modified the invoice to accommodate our drop off in guests. On the day of, the food and service were both excellent: stations were set up to plan, plenty of staff was there to oversee everything, her team stayed and picked up all tables. Every guest I spoke with during and after the reception said "y'all's food was really good!" I even had a friend ask what seasoning Cindy makes her veggies as she liked them so much. My only regret is not setting up a tasting with Cindy prior to booking so that I could have had that meal twice 🙂 I highly recommend anyone in the hill country having an event to look into using Riverside! They seem to be able to do it all!

Cindy and her team did an awesome job at our wedding. She was always responsive with my questions, and provided everything that we agreed upon. They are a very organized outfit that allowed us to enjoy our event without having to worry about the meal. We had tons of compliments on our meal (brisket, sausage, macaroni and cheese, and green bean casserole). Overall a professional vendor with great service and reasonable prices. Would highly recommend for others looking for an experienced catering service in the area (married in Fredericksburg, TX). Thank you so much for everything.
