Stopped here for a bite to eat while riding the rail trail. We arrived about 10 minutes before the restaurant opened. The server welcomed us and seated us on the porch prior to the resturant opening and gave us water etc while we waited. The food was delicious! I got the buffalo chicken wrap - highly recommend. Really scenic spot and really friendly and kind waitstaff.

We stopped for lunch on the porch adjoining the river. It was lovely and shaded from the sun! It was a quiet midweek lunch. We ordered some soups and sautéed mushrooms as appetizers. All were delicious especially the mushrooms over fresh bread. The salmon salad was awesome. All entrees were great. A couple of us split the berry cheesecake. It was airy and creamy. No room for the peanut butter pie. But, i did want it badly. Can't wait to go back!

We took a short hop off the GAP trail and had an excellent lunch at a table overlooking the river. It was Friday of memorial day weekend and unfortunately for them, we were the only guests because the weather was cold and rainy. We will be back. You should try it - you won't be disappointed.

About 8 miles from Ohiopyle park. Good food. Plan ahead & reserve a table outside on the porch in Confluence, PA and watch the river flow by. Owner is hard working, Good service, good footd.... It's a "Got to" when in the area. Grab an ice cream cone for return trip. Great day trip!!! 👍

I feel like I am going home.
This place is like I have seen in my dreams right next to river , flowers, peaceful and cool breeze and heavenly.
Food is fresh, tasty and healthy.
I sat in patio and the gave me shawl and it was so cozy I felt like I am home.
I want to visit again and I suggest you plan as well.
Ohh the owner Annamarine is very warm nice and welcoming.

A wonderful place to visit and to enjoy a meal while watching the Yough river flow by. Our dinner was very good. The pork chops with amaretto peach butter made for a soft flavor that really tasted good. There was not one, but two chops on the plate, so more than enough for dinner. My wife’s grilled chicken salad was complemented with a creamy apple dressing. She loved it.

My husband and I stopped here while riding the GAP rail trail. Service was outstanding. We both had the Rivers Edge Special salad. My husband added salmon and I added chicken. Delicious. I also had Champagne Vinaigrette on my salad. Very tasty.

Stopped for lunch with my brother and sister Thursday. The food and service were exceptional. I’m from the DC area having spent my life in the restaurant business. River’s Edge Cafe equals some of the best places I’ve been to down here, both in food and service. And the ambiance is hands-down perfect.

My friend and I booked a room for 2. When we arrived we were taken to a room that only had 1 bed and a sleeper couch. My friend slept on the couch and said it was uncomfortable. Our 2 other friends stayed in another building, same place that had breakfast. The owner told us breakfast was not included and told us where to go to eat breakfast. We both paid the same. The place had a café. The place is listed as an Airbnb. Obviously not all rooms get breakfast. We were most disappointed that one of us had to sleep on a sleeper couch. Because of the cancellation policy we couldn't go to another place

Food made me very sick and staff was extremely rude , will not be back. Overpriced for food poisoning. $90 for lunch. Beautiful view wasted on pretentious staff and sub par food. Waitress couldn’t be bothered with refilling drinks nor bringing mayo we’d ordered with our sandwich till we were done eating.
