Pleasantly way better than expected! The hotel staff is so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Also very reasonably priced. My kids loved the pool and hot tub which were crowded over spring break but very much appreciated. I hope to return again and dine at the restaurant on site. 💯 recommend river house as a great place to stay in Bend.

We stayed here 6 nights, our base for many area attractions. We had a balcony room, fireplace, river view! Large comfortable room and bed. Quiet. Nice walk across the bridge to the restaurant, Currents, for dinner. Many other restaurants nearby. Staff very nice, courteous, helpful. Separate vanity area and sink was nice. There is no microwave in room but there was one by the ice machine which was great when we wanted to relax in the room and heat something up. It was perfect for us! Thank you Riverhouse for an enjoyable stay.

Comfy bed, large room that was very quiet. The kids loved the pool and the water was instantly warm for showers. Restaurant was good with a decent selection and view of the river. We stayed 3 days on our way to see family in Spokane. Location is close to everything in Bend.

Riverhouse Lodge is easily one of the best places to stay while visiting Bend! The location is perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and scenic. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. This place has definitely become my go-to spot for all my future trips to Bend. Highly recommend!

Could be a 5 or a 3.
Best rooms face the river, some with a gas fire pit. Those are excellent.
Some however only have a patio facing the parking lot.
It's a big property so lots of other options too.
Small store (no alcohol), good common areas, good bar and restaurant on site.

We had a wonderful time here. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room is nice, definitely a great value for the cost. The view was incredible, but we got lucky to face the river. Really positive experience overall.

Amazing hotel rooms with the river running in between. Huge room and it comes with a private fireplace that's very easy to operate. Loved hearing the river sound while enjoying the firepit. I recommend bringing a smore's kit if you get the room with the fire pit (those in 1st floor). There's indoor pool and outdoor (closed when I visit). They got a gym and a sauna too under the lobby building.

Today when I called, I got an inexperienced person on the phone In an in an foreign language that I could not understand 😂 and he told me that they could not change my reservation however, I contacted the hotel again got the front desk. Spoke with Dylan who I love. She was extremely polite, extremely helpful and was able to push our reservation. 1 week ahead no problem. She was fast! Some of us are sick, and could not make the trip which is our fourth annual Snow Mobile trip to Diamond lake Lodge . She was very helpful. Got us moved to the following week hopefully we will all be better.!
Great experience love the hotel love the pool love the Spa. Food is great. Dylan is great. Give Dylan a GOLD STAR
