Stopped in for 2 days it was my first time and it is for sure a hidden gem to have a quite romantic getaway. The staff was all very nice and we had a good trip. I would recommend the river inn for anyone who would like a nice getaway on the river. The river inn also has a game room for kids and pool tables for adults a nice lounge and canoes and paddle boats. The rooms come with complete kitchens so you can also cook.

I just love River Inn. And what a great weekend to be there. Beautiful place! It’s even great when the weather is not as gorgeous as today !! The spring flowers should start their show soon just to make the drive wonderful.

The rooms are unique to the individuals who bought into the renovation. Very cool!! The location with the river flowing by & the squirrels running about & perfect launching area for a motorcycle ride makes this a perfect location!!

Disappointing Experience at River Inn Hotel

I recently visited River Inn with my friends looking for a room and information, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was met with an unexpected and unpleasant situation where I was asked to leave the premises, which left me feeling deeply uncomfortable and discriminated against.

The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming, which not only ruined my visit but also raised serious concerns about the hotel's standards of customer service. I felt that the way I was treated was unjust and inappropriate, which greatly impacted my overall perception of the hotel.

It is important for a hotel to ensure that all guests feel respected, valued, and welcomed regardless of their background or circumstances. Sadly, my experience at River Inn was the complete opposite, and I would not recommend this hotel based on how I was treated during my stay. I hope the management takes the necessary steps to address this issue so future guests do not encounter similar experiences.

This plane is so super beautiful without lots of people , we were there early January. Peaceful and quiet and amazing spot ! Still good weather to be in the water. Definitely will be back in the fall !

Beautiful place to rent, I loved it out there. Very nice and clean. Owner and staff are very respectful and welcoming.. I'd stay there again in the summer. Thank you all for your hospitality

Everyone was top notch, Austin the Manager courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the fire chimney. On the downside a room we requested was unavailable for the second time and the bed in room 111 was very uncomfortable. Thanks, we'll be back.
