Stayed here for a while, upon moving in the beds covers were stained and there was trash under the beds from whomever stayed in the room before. The housekeepers didn’t clean the room efficiently and Regularly passed our room while giving out clean towels and tissue to the point where we had to go to the office and ask for some multiple times. There are lots of kids given that most of the staff live here themselves and are prone to drama. When it was time to renew for the week the person in the office tried charging an extra $100 because a family member threw rocks even though nothing was damaged. The security guards are friendly but I still WOULDN’T recommend staying here. It’s definitely not worth it.

I came to this facility during a very trying and stressful transitional period in my life and I feel as if I walked into heaven! The staff here are some of the most professional and caring people that I have encountered. The room was cleaned regularly and even when we ran out of supplies, housekeeping courteously replaced what was needed and even when we went down to the main laundry room for supplies, the laundry attendant was very understanding and replaced items promptly. The front desk attendant was so attentive and compassionate that we decided to extend our stay. Even the security on premise was on point! I would DEFINITELY recommend this place over and over again!

This was a dangerous place to stay. I was mislead about owing a balance, but payed it anyway, as I needed a place to stay, due to car trouble. I had my small children with me,and 1 morning, 1 security guard was doing like 60 mph in the parking lot,on a straightway, and my 5 year old daughter was about to cross,and was blessed to not be hit. I went to speak with management but felt so overwhelmed with fear, I reconsidered speaking to staff as they surrounded me like I was criminal,and hurry and left and didn't return until next day to retrieve my things. Again I was mislead about owing money's and paid an additional fee, I seen on my ststaement,asked office manager about it but still fees did not add up to bank draft. Refun of hefty deposit was never returned and after this experience I suggest u ask questions ,Re Read reviews and if you have children, I do not think it's safe for single mothers with children. As , mostly men approach you in an aggressive manner and it's very scary to say the least. No reunf policy and I tried my best to hold back tears as I left,as iknew they we taking my money I worked hard for.. Worst Experience in my entire life.. Also I purchased a trash can and staff took it and threw it away or stole it ans when asked about returning it,the light skinned housekeeper Nicole laughed at me in my face and I took note.. Theft, fear, and and this is not ok. Please contact BBB everyone.

Lady at the front desk was rude and getting smart for no reason. Rooms smell funny. Cold water knob didn’t work in the bathroom. Bullet holes in the ceiling . Security has to walk around with sticks(big guns) so just imagine what goes on there . Save your money , there are way more nicer hotels for that price !

I been here going on 6 yrs now and I love how the place done change the room been renovated and the landscaping looks wonderful the staff are friendly and nice and we have great Security. They have great breakfast time to time and we have housekeeping everyday. I love it here with my family at 1st Place! Edward is strict but he's definitely what is needed for this place.

I wish I could give 4.5 stars or just a full 5 because I like it here! The only issues I ever have here are always things beyond human control like Waterbury. It's affordable, clean,spacious and conveniently located near many restaurants and 20 minutes downtown Decatur. The staff is very efficient and friendly especially Sonya. She's always so polite when I get locked out of my room because I lost a card or something. And anytime I've asked her for something she might not have at the time she would make sure to find someone who did. Great staff,great stay,great choice!!!

I have been at this hotel for sometime now and ill start by saying Mr.Edward and Ms.Norma is the best. They keep a smile on my face their workers are excellent ive lefted large amount of money around and came back its all their. My room is comfortable and i have no problems at all. When i need something its given or handled in the fashionable time frame and i enjoy it here. I almost don't want to leave but i have to i can actually say he has cleaned this place up as well. I will recommend this hotel to anyone because its very safe and clean environment. Large beds nice flat screen and i won't tell the rest you would just have to come get you a room and see... It's worth it.

I was put in 3 different rooms upon arrival because one room didn't have tv and the other didn't have a phone. Did not have access to the wifi my entire stay. A roach came out of the microwave the very first night I opened it. The door has to be pushed twice to closed properly. My key card continuously locks me out of the room in a day. If it was up to me Id show the entire building down. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody to stay here not even a enemy. The housekeepers are nice.
