The absolute best shakes and teas to help me live a healthy lifestyle. Hayden and her crew are top notch. If you haven't been you should do yourself a favor and try them out. If you are not it's for you i assure you it is. Stop in meet everyone and see for yourself

This place is excellent! I can always find a healthy treat, like protein balls or a protein shake, while getting my energy fix. Hayden is extremely knowledgeable in her products and has helped me significantly in my own weight loss journey. Highly, highly recommend!

This is the best nutrition club that you will ever visit. The owners are such dedicated and friendly people. And the employees are awesome!! The teas, shakes, protein balls and other products are wonderful!!! I just cant say enough good things about Rise & Grind and their products. One of my favorite places to go.

If you haven't tried their teas and shakes you are certainly missing out! Blake and Hayden are super sweet and also have a friendly staff! They also offer kid friendly teas and shakes which are approved by my oldest. I have certainly enjoyed my deliveries in Georgia and quick visits to their store when I am near Ashford!

I just cannot say enough about Rise and Grind! This is my absolute favorite nutrition club. They have the best staff and Hayden is great. I love all the specials and the tea kits. I also love the training and nutrition that Hayden provides. Rise and Grind always puts a smile on my face.

I normally never write bad reviews. Typically I chop it up to a business having a bad day (bc I was in the business for years) if I have a less than great experience. This isn’t based on that. This is based on the very shady way I was communicated with this morning. I walked in not knowing what’s in the area, but I saw a sign on the front door that said rise and grind. Most people would assume that means it’s a coffee shop. So I stopped to get a coffee. When walking in I noticed it didn’t really look like a traditional coffee shop. So I asked do you serve coffee by which the girls behind the counter said no they serve tea and shakes. (The girls were very nice) I asked them if they knew where I could just get a cup of coffee. Then the owner comes out from behind the curtain and says we do sell coffee and I said, but I don’t want a shake I just want like a traditional regular coffee and she said yes we have a House coffee blend. I said OK because my husband just likes regular black coffee with one cream and she said no problem we’ll just give you the hot house coffee. I said ok sounds great and waited for them to make my coffee. As I approach the register to pay I stick my card in and realize that it’s $11!!!!! I looked at the girl behind the counter, and I said what $11 for a coffee? And she just nodded and said yes. I say I thought I was just getting a regular coffee. I’ve never paid $11 for coffee in my entire life. At this point it’s too late it’s already made so I just take it and leave. I get to my husband and bring him to coffee and he spits it out and says what is this it’s disgusting I said it’s supposed to be coffee you better enjoy it because it was $11. He says that is not coffee. That is like a milkshake and it’s so sweet I can’t drink it.
So instead of the owner saying I’m sorry we don’t sell regular coffee and just suggesting another place that I can buy a normal $2-$3- or even $5 dollar coffee she decides it’s better to make an $11 sale than possibly having a future customer for what she does sell. She figured it was worth more to mislead someone into buying something they don’t want and can’t drink. When I asked, is it just regular coffee she said yes, but better for you. I think I was very clear what I was looking for and I asked three separate times and stated my husband would only drink a regular black coffee with cream.
So now if I was reviewing this place for something that I walked in for like a milkshake maybe we would’ve had a different experience, but to be misled is what upsets me the most. Advice to the owner, instead of losing a future customer and making them angry enough to write a review about it to make an $11 sale maybe be kinder and say hey, there’s a place down the street that sells regular coffee but we would love to serve you in the future if you would like a milkshake or tea. As a restaurant owner for 14 years myself, that would’ve been my approach.
