This is a gorgeous little park! I love the small pond, which you can fish with a license!
There are nice paved walking trails as well as access to longer more rugged trails in the back. There are grassy areas to sit as well as benches and pavilions, and really nice grill set up areas that are available by reservation!

The park is very clean, the families there are polite and not obnoxious. The play equipment that the park has is unlike what any other park has and it's extremely fun for kids up to 12 years of age as little as 2 years of age. Over all my kids was very excited and did not want to leave.

Lots of ducks, doves, blackbirds. Very nice place to take a sit, get some water, enjoy some time in nature, or catch a fish or two ! Trout stocked eveey Thursday or Friday

The bike trail was awesome. I really wish we had something as nice in Phoenix. Great views. Well maintained. Benches and shaded areas to rest. Areas with nice trees on both sides of trail for shade. Veteran's Oasis park has plenty of parking and nice shaded playground for kids.

First time at the park. I was there for a veterans event. A group of veterans in a veterans art program were painting pictures of the Huey helicopter. The park was very clean and family friendly. Many families were taking advantage of a gorgeous day to enjoy the park and its many amenities. This is a wonderful park to spend an hour or two or all day in our case.

I always love going to this park as it's way bigger than some of the other parks in the area. It's fun goofing off and having nerf wars here. I just really like this park in general and feel that it's somewhat well kept. There are usually ducks in the pond and it's nice to just sit and watch them. Overall this park is just amazing and a great place to hangout with friends/family or any type of hangout.

There are public restrooms on site. The park is well-kept.
