DO NOT CONSIDER BUYING HERE! They say that the resort fees go up every year. Supposedly based on inflation yet one must ask, "Does your income go up every year?" NOT usually. This economy bucks an is going to be truly strapping alot of people with the way everything goes up.
Too the homes in here are WAY to close together. A Person should consider this after watching the California wildfires!! 👀😢💯

My parents live here. It's not a place for tourist's, it's an actual gated community. Front and only entrance/exit has a guard posted 24/7. All guests must sign in and guard must be notified by whomever the guest is visiting ahead of time. So that's awesome. It's quiet, great people live here, its just really nice.
There's an awesome community center and they have classes or clubs, a library, billiards, a gym, 2 pools, pickle ball, horseshoes and tons of other activities. On-site community laundry room. They have a newsletter/magazine even. Staff is great, very attentive. The place is immaculate, grounds are well manicured & clean 100% of the time. My parents love it here, they've never even hinted about having any issues. I'm assuming it's great for snow birds and that's why it's labeled as a resort style deal. But it is an actual gated neighborhood. Just fyi🙃

Can’t begin to thank Rachel & the staff at this resort.
After some miscommunication about location ( East vs West) Rachel was able to handle both the Cancel and booking with a smile, couldn’t be more impressed.

Location is nice, tucked away along a wash with access to biking paths and hiking within short drive, plenty of shopping and such conveniently located close by.

Resort is on smallish side with nice lots it’s mix of RV & Park model. All the amenities at the park are clean and well maintained, pool area is nice and we did get a couple pool days in during week stay.

Crowd is friendly, lots of activities and people doing them, we will be staying a moth next year and may get involved.

We almost feel we may have been guided back to Rincon after a $#*§€£} experience at at another ( I won’t mention the place but you can check our reviews, it sticks out, this is the ANTI that place😂😂) we spent time at the West location in 2017.

Friendly resort, friendly staff, great location in a area we love…We will circle back next year but it’s looking like home.

Very nice Rv resort, but most of the park is filled with park models. We were parked between park models and the spot was very close between homes. Only certain areas to walk the dogs and only one nice dog park. There could be more of those. Nice fitness room and friendly staff. Most people were nice, but many wouldn’t even say hi when walking by. The location was away from heavy traffic and the Mountain Views were beautiful!

One of the nicest RV resorts I've stayed. My site was beautiful. It was paved and pretty landscaping. Many snowbirds were finishing their season in mid March when I was there. Laundry room was clean and air conditioned. Gate guarded community. Ice medicine available. Many activities. I was permitted to wash my RV. AT&T signal b 4 bars 5G.

People at the gate are very inconsistent and being a visitor seeing family makes it very hard to enjoy living and going back.

It isn't for lack of trying on the owners part. It's the people. Many live good lives quietly, but within one week of being there I was almost hit by people on gocarts with no apology while doing my mom's yard work, I was cursed and flipped off for trying to help an elderly lady catch her fully grown unleashed and loose boxer, I had my eyes lambasted by some stranger's flash light when I was enjoying the hot tub for no particular reason, and I was stared at from behind a screen door while loading our beds like a flamingo at seaworld. The security staff is met with curse and hate for....securing safety and shutting down bingo night at 10 PM, which is generous and maybe unhealthy/irresponsible if you ask me. If you don't have to go, don't. I wouldn't feel good about having an elderly parent stay there. I would really fear them getting caught up with the many...users there. Staff is awesome. Especially Steve and Frank. They rock!! They may not know it but they helped my family so much that I knew their names well before I arrived to help with a move. Steve not only secured the pool area but also took time to reassure me out of the goodness of his heart after one of the many times I was harassed by a stranger there. Now that's civility! Thx guys!!! Keep your heads high! 😜 💜
